SBI — in regard of not getting my international card

HI,M RAJNI SINGH,I HAVE OPENED MY SAVING ACCOUNT IN SBI KAMLANAGAR BRANCH,N I HAVE REQUESTED 4 TWO CARDS
1>ATM CARD
2>INTERNATIONAL CARD
BUT I HAVE RECEIVED ONLY ATM CARD,AND I M IN URGENT NEED OF MY INTERNATIONAL CARD AS I HAVE TO GO TO SINGAPURE NEXT WEEK.
SO I REQUEST TO LOOK FORWARD IN THIS MATTER SERIOUSLY.

I requested for new ATM card because of loss of previous one, 3weeks before in the SBI, Medical College Branch, Rohtak (haryana) for issue of a new atm card. They said it wood take less than two weeks for me to receive the new card. but I am still waiting for one le look into the matter seriously

In the month of later half of July, 09 I had applied for SBI credit card through your sales executive/representative namely Shri Kishore. He informed me that he has come from SBI Cards Nehru Place, New Delhi office and further gave assurance that the applied credit card will be delivered shortly within 15 days .He has taken my all documents along with my application.but l have not the received the same till date nor anything about its status. .Please give me a feed back as early as possible. service company — Reg: Credit card settlement letter

have a HDFC Credit card No [protected] on which I had done a settlement last year but inspite of make the full payment against it ( extra amount being paid), I recieved a call from there Delhi representative Mss. Anjali from Naraina Branch that to get the final settlement letter, I need to pay Rs 20000 and I would get the settlement letter by end of this payment time. Even in the month of Sep 2009, they holded my Rs 6250/- in HDFC Saving account and debited it against credit card payment. This time it was a confirmed commitment made by him on 31st August 2009 and I without believing his words, I got the recording done on my mobile for every conversation made with him. When contacted him after 3 days, he told me that it is under process and I would get it any time. On 15th Sep 2009, I had a heated argument with him where he denied any commitment made to him and told me the settlement letter cannot be made and I need to pay Rs. 26600/-. Now I have decided to file a FIR against him with Police and a complaint against the bank at Consumer court.

Credit Card — not intimating about credit limit

I satish kumar singh i have a credit card o[censored]r bank card no is:[protected].My point is when i got creit card my limt was 30000 & and today01/12/09 i spoke to one o[censored]r executive and during phone comunication i came to know that ur bank reduse my limit from 30thousand to15thousand i need answer on this And i swip my card on 29/11/09 for rupees 22778. And ur executive told me i have to pay extra chrge for swiping card for more then card limit.I need explation on this & if i not got the answer then i will take u not only in police but also in court.

I received numerous calls from your sales executive to apply for SBI credit Card. I accordingly submitted the application no.S[protected] on 08.12.2009 to the person who visited my office.

Someone from a SBI call centre called me up and insisted that I bought a SBI card. She sent someone over to collect a cheque of 1408/- along with my Id and address proof. I do not what made me do it, but I gave the agent all the three aforementioned.

Subsequently the cheque was encashed as my accout shows. But I have not received any communication from them. They had suggested that the card will be delivered in as early as one week. However, one month is about to complete since they collected the documents and the cheque, and encashed it too, from me and I am yet to hera from them.

May be it was some gang out there and has duped me of 1408/-. I can very well afford losing that amount, no complains there because if I have been cheated it is all my mistake. I should have been more careful!

But if the persons who contacted me were really SBI people then they should have at least shown the decency of at least contacting me, if not before encashing my cheque, then after and told me about the progress of the Card application.

Moreover, they should not have promised that it would be delivered in a week.

What bothers me even more is that SBI does not have any websites or portals to let people themselves check the development of their card applications. There should sure be one if their processing gets so delayed.

I write here this, althogh i do not know whthere this will reach somewhere or not. I am not sure about this.

But nevertheless I write this hoping it gets me somewhere.

Dear Sir / Madam,

The credit card no.[protected] is issued to me.I have taken a loan Rs. 33000/- in Dec 2007, in which pre computed interest 6600-00 and principal amount rs. 33000 / - total Rs. 39600/- amount and for recovery fixed 24 EMI Rs. 1650. I have deposited advance in my credit card, which is shown in statement of 19 july 2008 total amount due rs. 13209.60 but late payment fee charges in 12 sep 2008 rs six hundred and interest charges cash advance rs 150.41 in jan 2008, which is wrong because precomputed interest charges already.

I am very sorry to say you that statement up to july 2008 & oct 2008 is sent by S.B.I. and after no statement is send by S.B.I ans information given by telephone I have submitted the amount tolled by S.B.I till now.

I inform you that i have deposited total amount loan and other dues rs.25855 on dated 2-3-09 by book no 286216 receipt no. 13309147 by cheque.

I am very sorry to say that your respective bank S.B.I has collected extra EMI from march 2009 to Nov 2009 which will be refundable with interest .Thus extra payment done by me is below

1-* Interest charges cash advance in statement of 19 jan 2008 rs. 150.41

2-* Late payment fee on[protected] rs 600.00

3.-* EMI from march 09-to nov 09 - rs 14850.00

4-* fee charges unpaid late payment interest charges in statement.

I request you that above amount should refundable at once with interest @ 1.3 % per month by cheque and my S.B.I credit card is cancelled / closed otherwise I will be bound to take legal action.
