Subject: IMMEDIATE ACTION IN CANCELLING ALL THE RELATIONSHIPS THAT HAS HAPPENED WITHOUT MY CONSENT.


Dear Mr. Shankar Narayan,
This has the reference to my telephonic discussion that I had with your subordinate yesterday. This letter is to get the things done at right time & at right place as the concerned officer is not doing the same.
I was not at all interested in applying for a credit card from the above said bank as I already have three credit cards from different banks which are serving my purpose as required & requested. Due to continuous repeated request from one of your agent I was forced apply for A CREDIT CARD. And I am 100% sure of instructing the agent that I will not accept any other thing if it id done without my consent while issuing the card. The agent promised & assured only one primary credit card will be issued with no add on card or insurance or balance transfer.
Having got the confirmation I provided my document an AIRTEL POST PAID BILL a Passport Size photograph of mine.
Later I received a confirmation call from a banks employee for which I gave my details then he started asking with add on card & a balance transfer to which I refused categorically. He pleaded as his target for the year is just short of one, but I stood unchanged he thanked me for giving him time & he hang-up.
Then a few days latter I received a cover from the said bank, which was delivered only to me. Since I was busy I signed & received the cover. In the evening I opened the cover & found an add-on card along with the primary card. This was really annoying so I immediately called on the customer care no. & requested for cancellation of my card issued along with an add-on card. As it was not interested in continuing with a bank where there is no policy that would curtail manipulations made on the application by an employee to achieve his targets.
I had made call from my mobile phone to Customer Care I hung-up without getting any officer or executive on line for more than 5 minutes. Next day from my office I again called customer care to request for cancellation of my card, which went on for more than 30 minutes as I was put on to senior people also who tried convincing me to continue with the primary card & they would cancel the add-on card issued to me. I knew what I want so did not accept any of their requests & instructed them to immediately cancel both the cards issued to me.
A senior officer called on me requesting me to continue with the primary card that was issued in my name, I stood unchanged & later she said as under.
“SIR, I AM REALLY SORRY YOU DO NOT WANT TO CONTINUE WITH THE RELATIONSHIP WITH OUR BANK AS THERE WAS A VERY SMALL MISTAKE DONE BY AN EMPLOYEE OF OUR BANK. ANY HOW SIR, I HAVE PLACED A REQUEST FOR CANCELLATION OF BOTH THE CERDIT CARDS ISSUED TO YOU & THE SAME WOULD HAPPEN IN NEXT FOUR WORKING DAYS”.
I appreciated her gesture & said thanks a lot I am now relieved. I thought I have done the best thing by canceling these cards as that was issued without me wanting it.
I do hold three more credit cards, which are really good I am using them the way I want have no issues at all had some issues but they took the interest & came forward to settle the same immediately.
Few days back I was on leave, there was cover that was delivered at my office, I so happy thinking that must be a confirmation letter being issued by HSBC bank. I open & found a demand draft of Rs.25000/- from hsbc stating it is a balance transfer to you. I immediately called on the customer care no. & I am sorry to use blasted them having requested for a cancellation of my only relationship that just started in the form of a credit card. I had registered my call with the person to home I spoke that I have no interest in continuing with your bank so please initiate cancellation of both the cards issued to me. It was a senior lady to whom I insisted to initiate cancellation of both the credit cards & also the DD issued to me in the form of Balance transfer. She requested me to visit any of the branch & request for the cancellation of DD. I did not want my time to be wasted for some else’s mistake you please send some who could come collect all that has been delivered to me in one shot with an acknowledgement.
She did not respond correctly but continued to request me for continuing with at least one card. I am not person who doesn’t want others to be troubled for my mistakes nor I allow others to take away my time for their mistakes.
Hence this mail requesting you to help me with your good offices in solving the uncalled issues created by the BANK HSBC. I am keeping all the letters, cards, DD & other correspondences that bank has sent to me & the letters that I have sent to bank. I would expect some senior officer visiting me & collecting all that is said above from me to cut my relationship in what so ever ways it is. I will not be able to visit any branch nor will I come to any other place to handover the above said. If the bank requires they need to send a senior officer to collect. I would expect having written to you there will not be any calls from any call center or any agency to collect so called dues on that unused cards.
Sir, if even by mistake there is a call the same will be dealt very seriously with all documentation for which I have made all preparations yesterday itself. Later I could get your contact no. on the net I spoke to your subordinate & hence this letter is being sent across to resolve the issue cool & clam with no further err form either o[censored]s.

Credit Card — Activation of Barclay Membership without my consent

Hi,

My barclaycard number is [protected]. Barclay Bank has activated some kind of membership without my consent for which they have charged Rs.5000 + Service tax. When I request them for de-activation they replied that its not at all possible. How can anyone activate some new plans without the card's holder consent.

Credit Card — Credit crad with far lower credit limit aspromised.

I am alredy having Credit card of HSBC bank of credit limit of Rs.60000.I was told that my credit limit will be Rs.2lakh. Further i was told that billing cycle will be at my choice.I was told that i will get free 100 rupees petrol coupon but not received. On going through the brocher it was there that i have to pay charges on petrol purchase. Looking to the false promises by the bank ido not want to part with such bank and want to return the card. or promises made should be fulfilled. I am a central Government gazetted officer and this limit is mere ajok on me.
I hope atleast you will guide me honestly the procedure to return thecard.
what do u mean by a central govt gezatted officer...

do u mean to say that the banks can follow these kind of practices with millions of other people bt not like you...

Credit Card — worst courier service by express it courier

hi, i am madhup .my credit card despatched by expressit courier (worst courier company in my life ) on 09/05/2008 and still not rercived, but i got the message from express it that they couldnt delivered my consigment please contact us they give these two no[protected] and[protected] both are useless no as no body picks the phone then i contact with icici they gave me delhi no[protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] they all are aslo useless as these also not picked by any on e and also sometimes after picking at the same time they cutted the phone

i request to the icici please close all the dealing with this courier by only your coustmer can rely on you.

Credit Card — very low service

Myself Ravi Sharma from Jaipur.I've my courier with your company and Iam contineously getting calls from your side that the courier will be delivered by today, daily Iam recieving such type of call.Due to these calls Iam unable to plan my schedule.When I talked to your officers they said that they have logged the complaint, your courier was on hold, we are looking into it.But now situated is that I've called 100 times to these numbers[protected],[protected] but nobody is picking up the phone from my numbers when I call from other numbers they pick up the phone listen the matter & disconnect the phone.I've never seen such type of poor services of any company.I would like to know why my courier is on hold as the main address & alternate address both are absolutely correct clarify it.

Credit Card — MISS SELLING & LATE SYETEMENT

because of request of your execuitive who use to follow me every day to take a offer of " DRAF FOR EASY MONEY ". To avoid dailly calls i accepted a minimum amount of 6000/- Rs. . They said me that i will get it to use this money for " one month" with a charge of (199 + 25) 224/- Rs. only...
But i was wrong,
I GOT YOUR D.D. . I DIPOSITED IT ON 17th APRIL, I GOT CLEARED ON 19th APRIL. ON 7th/8th MAY I GOT CALL FROM DELHI THAT TODAY IS LAST DATE OF YOUR C.C. I REPLIED THAT I HAVN'T GOT MY STATEMENT FOR THE MONTH. ON 15th ONE EXECUITIVE KNOCKED MY DOOR WITH STATEMENT AND ASKED FOR MONEY IN ROUGH TONE.


I GOT MY PAYMENT ON 19th APRIL AND "ONE DAY BEFORE " STATEMENT WAS GENERATED... THIS IS WHAT REAL CHEETING WITH CUSTOMERS.

NOW I AM READY TO PAY THE AMOUNT WITH THE LATE FEE TOO BY DEPOSITING MY C.C. . BUT WTIH A REQUEST THAT PLEASE DON'T DO THIS TYPE OF MISS SELLING & & & AND DON'T SENT COLLECTIVE AGENCIES BEFORE THE STATEMENT REACHES THE CUSTOMER.

Credit Card — not converted into emi

Dear sir/madam,
Iam arun i have some problem with ur icici bank, my emi card no is [protected], my problem is some body calls me and pormote your one of product that is medi claim policy, that girl told me the product cost is 5000 and some thing and you have to pay for two years the emi amount is 200 something but what happened is they send the bill for full amount, im not able to pay that much of amount in single shot because of my family problem now two months gone they send every month interest and late fee please solve the problem as soon as possible my contact number is [protected]

Hi, this is Rajesh Kunder holding credit Card of ICICI bank from last 3 years.
I had a lot of financial problem from last 6 month because of which I couldn’t make the payment for my credit card.(Rs-24500 was used from the card) ... 6 month back when this problem raised I had asked than bank to help me through giving me easy installment scheme for the same, but they couldn’t help me . I got a call from the bank on Jan for the payment and was promised that my account will be settled in Rs.25000/- for which there personal that come to my home to collect cheque, I gave him a cheque worth Rs.10000/- and gave him detail for the next cheque worth Rs.15000/- which was supposed to be given to him when I get the settlement letter in next 2 days.. The next day the person called me and said that the settlement will be done in 28000/- only...{this was the 1st time when i was given a false commitment by them ... i stopped the payment for the cheque}...
After 2 month there was a guy who came to my office where again he promised of giving me the settlement letter by evening and took cash WorthRs.3000/- after which he switched off his phone and the payment was made against my credit card payment and not my settlement ..
Now I receive a court letter. On this I visited the Bank where I met Mr. Francis Rosario who said that the people who have cheated you are not there people and I was cheated. he say that the settlement can be only done for Rs.35000/- and I was wanting him to settle my account at Rs.26000/-which I had been promised .now these people are threaten me by saying that my mom stays alone at home and will bring the Cops at my place ...

When a customer is asking for a help they are not there and when I am saying that I will be makinthe payment agasit my card for the amount that has been used and they had promised they want ton threat me...
Is this the way to handle a customer who is asking for help... there are so mant people who make them fool and go away but still they can’t treat the good one...?

Credit Card — Illegal Transaction

Illegal Transaction was made from my credit card of Amount Rs. 27, 124/- on 30 March-08 through Travel Guru. I have informed to the Customer care of the ICICI bank Immediately I recieved the SMS of the Transaction.
I have Faxed all the details and also register the complaint in the ICICI credit card devision. They put that transaction as a Dispute transaction for 2 Months, now for this month I have recieved the statement I which they have again put that amount in the statement. After talking to them they said that goes in Favour of Bank and you have to make the payment of that amount as well.

Now they are also not giving me the proper responce on this dispute.
