[Resolved]  Credit Card — Harassment from Agencies for Recovery

I have purchase credit card in 2008, & used it around Rs.7,000/-,
Then Agents from P-MAK Started to come for collection at home, they have collected from me Amt.24,590/-
in cash & cheque which slips I have till 2010 July,

Last month for my settlement was Dec'2009 but because of some reason I can't pay money in same month
so i talk to ur customer care they extend it till feb'2010 & told me to pay Amt.2,700/- as full & final settlment & close you A/c.
& I paid them Amt.2,700/- Cash

How after 3 years I am getting call from one Agency from Thane-Hiranandani One Boy & One girl is calling for recovery,hey on my cell,
in office on landline numbers, they are using bad words for me & my colleagues, calling on my Boss Mobile, my neighbours

This peoples are harassing me from last Monday 12.08.13 to till date they are continuously calling

Please Let me know my Credit Card Status as they are not providing me any outstanding details
Please send me Credit Card Statement till date
