[Resolved]  Credit Card — illegal taxes on loan on credit card payments

HDFC bank gave me loan on card and now they are charging me 15% service tax above there rate of interest on the payments which i making to them .i asked from them why they are charging they said its govt. rule... its completely unfair becuse i needed money so i took a loan now when i am making extra payments toward my credit card they are charging me sevice tax .WHY?
