PLEASE DO NOT WRITE YOUR CARD NUMBER OR DOB ....Dont write ur DOB(date of birth) or Credit card number on this website becz this is completely insecure.This is complaint website as the name suggests.Any body can see ur DOB and might misuse ur information.

Guys please understand.This is not the bank website that they will check ur information and revert back to u.(dont feel bad)If some feel like helping you they will contact you.And better spend more time to contact higher authorities of the same bank.I understand how it feel if bank cheats us.But we need to control our imotions by not disclosing our details like card number,expiry date, or address etc.

hello i applay credit card in axis they give this number 1401615 when will i get my card.
One of the worse costomer care service at our center(Navi mumbai, name of the employees susma, sunitha ph no [protected]). . Due to some urgent work i went out station, i could not pay just for only 1 month and they started abusing through phone and blackmailing my familiy members.I have recorded their voice. Due to which my wife health was effected can pl suggest what to do?.

This is regarding credit card complain. I have submitted my all required documents for credit card that you required for the same as on dated 5th April 2008 and your agent (Marketing executive i.e. Prashant [protected]) submit my documents. As per him we have received golden credit card with in 20 days it means 25th is last date.
TAT is over But till date we have not received my credit card inspite of this your executive not able to pick the calls not call back I am getting fed up for regular follow up.
After this 14th May we have received SMS from Axis bank (your credit card application VISA Silver with ref # 1368338 has been decline)
After received SMS I have make a calls N number of time to prashant but he is handicapped for find the reason.
This is my first experience with your bank and credit card also. I am sorry to say but this is really bad experience in my life.
It is requested to you thoughtfully kindly activate my card ASAP if you are not able to do this please give me valid reason.

I got the call from your DSA on 21 st May for the credit card Then your ececutive came on 23 may 2008 and collect the concern Document .( salary slip, passport copy, bank statement, pan card, photo ) .they ensure to me that i will got the varification call fro the bank but after 30 days there is no single call from the bank . my application no. was 2986742. and call from miss. Ahana and Simran from Tanishsa DSA ( may be from Faridabad ) i was send one mail to DSA on tanisha.[protected]@gmail.com.
I call every day at the [protected] and [protected] ...but they not give any response ...now every days different guys pick the phone ...and after attend the phone and ask the name then cut the phone . very unprofessinal behavior.
this is last and final mail from me plz return back me the document or solve this matter otherwise i will take action .

I am holding a creit card for last 2yrs ( from oct 2005) ([protected]).The bill has been paid for the card and noting is outstanding from my end.Still I am getting letter/bill from HSBC every month which state that some amount is still due.This statement however states that the card has been cancelled.Could you please check it your end ?
Please let me know in case of any issue.

i recieved an application reference nos for application of barclay Credit card on my mobile mentioning that it would take 21 days to process the card but i still did not recieve any card at my residence.

I would like to state that i mr sahdev nath, S/O: Nilamani Nath, Mothers Name: Janki, DOB:[protected] declared that:
That i have a credit card, which no is[protected], last time i have been received a bill near about Rs.22, 000/- approx. & after many times complaint details produced to me but i am not satisfied.
Then since 7/8 months, every month i am payingRs2, 500/- to Rs.3000/- to till date & last month i am paying 2, 553/- also but that's not deducted from my sending bill.
That i am very unhappy about ur orthless bank/credit card dept because u can see my details from my before 7/8 months statements, there is many unnecessary/unexpectbly charges charged to my bills.
That pls send my final bill after deduct all unnecessary charges, which is genuine and that's i will deposited immideately and returned ur card, its not usable for a genuine person.
Immideately you will send every details with my bill and final amount of my card after deducting all unnecessary charges before due date otherwise i can not pay any payment against my card.
