[Resolved]  Croma Retail — Poor Customer Service

This is in response to the rather lousy service I have been facing over the past 2-3 days from the AC dept at the Croma Bandra branch. Infact last week itself i had purchased a Sony Home theatre from the same outlet. I had visited the store on Sunday and wished to go in for the Onida 1.5 ton split AC, the salesperson told me there would be a site inspection on Tues, yet till tday no ones bothered to come. Today Ive made almost 6 calls and the people keep saying 1/2 an hr, 1 hr.

Worst hospitality shown in CROMA, T.Nagar Branch, Chennai. I have purchased a Philips 2.1 and found it was broken when opened the pack. I have returned the product on the immediate next day but still CROMA is trying to cook up stories and not to refund the amount I have purchased for. They also dont have another piece of same product and funniest part is they are ready to repair the broken piece [!!} and give it to me in weeks.!!

WORST TATA BRAND EVER DEALT WITH.

I will never recommend CROMA to anyone.
i purchased a dell laptop from croma retail. They gave me a cash back gift card worth 2500INR, which they said would take 15 days to activate once registered, i tried purchasing online with the card but there was no provision in the online portal. I called customer care and hey said their online portal is temporarily down and to try after 15 days, even after that i was not able to purchase. So i called the customer care again to ask them till when is the card valid, he asked the card number and other details and told me that the card is valid till 28 feb 2016, when i went to purchase from the store with the card the rep there said that the card is expired in december 2015 and there has been a miscommunication. i asked them what the solution is and then they sent me to the customer service cell. i went there and he said, sorry we cant do anything just forget about the money and if you want to do cash purchase you can stay else please leave. I kept asking them a solution, he pointed at a wall and said call customer care, if they give you a solution then come back!. We called customer care and explained the situation. they asked us to go back to the store to talk to the manager, we went back, and the manager sent us back outside. This was the most humiliating experience in my life! They kept pointing fingers at each other and asked us to go here and there and do that and this. but in the end the solution they gave was to forget about the money that too for their own miscommunication and carelessness.

Same issue is with me, Chroma customer care does not know anything except that you purchased the product from Chroma.
My installation is pending since 2 days and no one is helping me out.
I sent mail, tweets, call and they just avoid the situation.
Service is pathetic in Bangalore as well.they should shut their shops as they are ruining Tata brand.i ordered air cooler from croma store and they delivered defective which they are not replacing for last 10 days.
CROMA - WORST CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE

Since my HP printer stopped working which was purchased from TATA Croma (Belapur branch), I gave a call to TATA Croma customer care yesterday (30th May 2016). After hearing my issue, I was told that technician would vsiti my home place to resolve the issue. Hence my plan to visit service center changed.

Today (31st May 2016), i received another call from Croma stating that i need to take my printer to service center in Vashi personally. Now no one is available to take this printer to service center for next 3 weeks.

If the communication from Croma Service center would have be appropriate, I would have visited Service center personally on 30th May 2016. But now I wont.

Croma should either train their customer care center associates properly with appropriate information to be provided to the customer or they should close down their customer care centers.

I am regular customer of Croma, but now i think I should look for some other alternate shopping centre as well as inform the same to my colleagues, friends and relatives.
Their customer care is worst kind of I have ever come accross.

I bought an CROMA Air conditioner 1.5 TON worth 31000/- approx BILL NO SLA[protected] DATED 15-08-17. Tecnician came on friday 18-08-17 at 11.45am to install the unit but could not the job till 8.15pm, the tecnician had no knoledge about the wiring the indore unit had a spark .i have been following up since three days to replace the unit but till date nobody is intrested in resolving the issue . i called up on [protected] and my complain no is SR[protected] attended by Mr .Mohmed Aziz on friday at 3.05pm i was assuared that the matter will be resolved ASAP . FOLLOWED up several time at the call center but no reply . second complain was attended by Mr. Soyab Mohmed.on 21-08-17 at 11.56am.

The worst exp I had face was with their AC.

I finally decided to register a complaint online on their web site and wait for the reply before i go and file a complain with CONSUMER COURT, THE entire installing process is been recorded in my office through CCTV . though no one from their end bothered to call me or has come to rectify their stupid product.

TATA is a brand name in India and this arm of theirs ( Croma) is nothing but a blot to their name.

I REQUEST ALL BUYERS NOT TO BUY ANY PRODUCT OF THE SO CALLED BRAND CROMA...EVEN IF IT COMES FOR FREE...

I purchased a lenovo laptop some days ago from croma (eva mall-manjalpur) and i'm totally dissatisfied with the product . I'll give no stars...bad service, bad product quality.
worst experience, they dont even take effort to replace their damage products.
never an advisable place to buy such expensive products from croma.
