[Resolved] Croma Retail — Very poor Customer Service | |||
I have purchased Nikon S4300 Compact Camera from http://www.cromaretail.com on 10/10/2012. As per company policy product should shipped within 2 days.But product is dispatched on 16/10/2012 .I am taking followup from company regarding delivery. But now Courier Company(Blue Dart ) says that product will delivered on 19/10/2012. Croma retail doesn't have any tracking system for their Delivery vendor.So customer have only one option wait and watch, because customer is fool who purchased product from them.The value of costumer is Zero in Croma retail company.Once they sold a product no relationship for customer.
