Hi!

Its official confirmation now for the upcoming dumping zone and the builder also knows it very well. As a matter of fact, this is the only reason for builders such as Prateek & exotica to offer any flat currently at this project for as low as Rs 1500/sq feet. I dont think i now have any future on such a pathetic investment made already originally at Rs 2000/sq feet. Prices have started to commit suiside here.
Hi!

Apologies for creating confusion. Have got the clarity - there is no dumping yard coming up here now. It was a cheap act of the authorities out here combined with builders outside crossing republic.
On this note i have now booked one more flat in crossing republic at a competative price.

Cheers!
To all wisemen

Do not get caried away by some miscreants in this thread who are claiming that no dumping ground is coming to Crossings Republik. These miscreants may be agent of Crossings Republik builder or property agents.

As on date i.e. 23 March 2010, DUMPING GROUND is very much under construction at Crossings Republik. Anybody can go to Crossings Republik site and see himself/herself the ongoing construction activities for the proposed dumping ground.

On 20 March and 21 March 2010, Crossings Republik builders organised Property Carnival at Crossings Republik to sell their majority of flats as flats sale have nosedived after the news of dumping ground. At the carnival, flats were offered at any floor, at any location and in any tower that means still plenty of flats are available for booking unlike past claims advertised by Crossings Republik builders that 80% flats sold in Crossings Repubilk. Thats the reason the flats at Property carnival were offered at very discounted rate (sorry for those guys who booked their flats in 2007, 2008, 2009) but unfortunately there were hardly any taker at the Carnival as nobody wants their dream home beside dumping yard.
There is a publik hearing from UP Pollution Control Agency on 20 April 2010 at dumping yard th hear from public for any objection, interested people have their last chance to raise voice against dumping yard, may be life time opportunity.

Believe in yourself and dont get hoodwinked by hearsy/rumours as you have adequate means nowadays to check the genuinenes of the hearsy/rumours.

Enjoy life.

Hi All,

I believe its all a trick by other developers to down crossing republic... and also heard even Mayor of Gaziabad is involved in some other project which is also on NH-24 highway few kms from crossings towards the Muradabad side... so all this is done to damage the image of Crossing republic ...to promote other projects...

All we need to call maximum persons we can ...to hv a protest gathering about this issue... the builders needs to arrange this by calling each flat owner of their project & hv a large gathering which will attract national media & other agencies ... to stop this non-sense...

17TH APRIL IS BELIEVE TO BE A RIGHT DAY FOR THIS...

Come up with ur suggestions...otherwise once the grave yard of our hard money is bulit up... we all will be in trouble...

i have booked a flat in proview laboni in 2008, @1970/sqft . have any idea about the current rate, after the dumping issue?
hello to all

I am planning to book a flat in crossings repblik, any suggestions about that... i am thinkig its a very big project in delhi/ncr.

thanks
Could you please tell the source of information. As this will help all the would be buyers to take the decision with some concrete information in hand.
I am also planning to buy one flat in Crossing republic.
Can somebody post what happened in the Public hearing of the case yesterday?????
Public hearing was a mjor success for the Crossings republik flat owners. The ghaziabad authorities were speechless and could not argue at all. A few facts that additionally prove that Crossings will indeed be a good place afterall.

Govt CANNOT build a dumping ground near a densely residential place having schools colleages and homes. This was just a result of some misleading information originally in the master plan which was signed off by GDA in the first place. This is not the mistake of the common man who wanted a good place to live after all.

So I strongly feel that the dumping gound will have to shift from there to some other place. Who knows that this may be a GREAT TIME and PLACE to invest now beacuse of the risk people see today :)

I am just an owner there and as a citizen of India I feel if we come together (like we did on 20th April). We are indeed going to be in a great neibourhood.

Cheers and have faith!
Guys, I have read all the comments before writing mine. My 2 cents would be to consider following:
1. If dumping ground becomes reality (Having seen the working o[censored]P gov in Taj corridor kinda cases, I won'tbe surprised) the falt prices will come down drastically. But the question is are we ready to take a hit and sell our flats for cheap rates right now? No option for me atleast.
2. If Dumping ground doesn't bcomes reality, Crossings will be a successful project. Although it will certainly take 3-4 years till you see hospitals and schools coming up there.
My point is that there is no point in taking heavy loss because of the pending decision rumour on dumping ground. I would rather stand by and support any person who protests against this decision of GNN. So we should JUST talk about How to make this protest more noticeable for GNN. I personally see this as Do or Die situation cos..I know if this fails...I will not be able to buy another flat in next..atleast...15 years :-)
Plz Come up with suggestions to protest collectively.
Hi All,

To book the flat in CR is really decision making; also heard that due to dumping ground they have reduced the price also (20%-30%). :(

I am also afraid If the Dumping ground would come it should also effect Supertch (eco-citi), Amrapalii & Gaur projects at Nodia ext as it is back side of CR.
I am planning to buy & book a flat in CR in a day or two. CR representative have assured that cout decision has come & it has directed to shift the dumping yard to some other place. But they have not shown any documents on the same. Can anyone suggest.
Can anyone suggest anyother property (Ready to move bySept, 2010) in an around Noida (budget max 24-25L).
Can any one tell me what is the status of this Dumpng Ground issue. I had visited the site last Sunday, but could not make out where in Crossing Republic is this Dumping Ground planned for ?
Hi,

I am doing my research on this area from last 1 month and here is the overall outcome of my finding on this area:

Note: I did this because i am itself looking for a flat in this area.

1- Picture is not clear about the dumping yard. if you will talk to the builders or the dealers they all will tell you there own story that it is not going to be there. but what's the fact no body knows. i heard from newspapers that society got the stay order from Allahabad high court, but the actually problem is GDA is trying to find another place for the dumping yard and they are not getting it easily, because now it is a political issue where ever they identifying the land farmers/villagers starting opposing it with the local leaders. i read article GDA is looking for a land in bulendshaher area.

2- what ever open area was shown at the time of launch of CR. now builders are using all the open area for constructing new buildings without any prior approval for the building (even number of floors) from authority. There is no open space in between the towers of any of the builders.

3- once it will be fully functional there situation will be like Laxmi Nagar area. People will not get the sun light into there kitchens/rooms.

4- No metro is coming there. in future if it comes then it will take 10 years atleast.

5- as of now there is no link road from sec 62. as mentioned into the CR map and the builders there will be a road that will connect to CR from sec 62 it will distance just 2-3 km. as of now it does not looks fissible, because the land they are talking about for the road, is being used by the farmers and some local society is there...i dont know how they will construct the road there.. In case if they could, then from there point of they must have developed it first for the good appreciation. but it is not.

6- There is no fix(min/max) price there, you could get as good deal as much you can bargain.. i was getting deal below 1800 Rs/ Sqft inclusive all.

7- Very important point we are not addressing here is we are ignoring the another root cause of pollution is the carbon recycling factory on left side of the NH24 highway. Blue color Tean shade factory that is producing 24 hrs carbon into the air...
factory is producing sufficient carbon into the air that could affect the lives of around 2-3 kms of area.

This is first project that i had seen is falling down and getting negative growth when it is coming close to the possession. most of the flats are in condition of possession but rates are coming down.. dont know why???

After all these finding i was itself not sure what to do. buy or not?

But my personal view is for sure dumping ground would not come there. because large number of public is going to live there...

your suggestions/view on this post are Welcome...

Thanks,
