Crossing Republik — false rumurs of dumping ground

no.. no... not at all these comlaints are just rumurs & dont stand anywhere bcoz allready 1000 one thausand families are shifted there & enjoying there life to the fullest including myself too and as my knowledge near or around such residential areas there are not such things like dumping grounds could come becoz its not practically possible ...where there 100000 families are also coming & shifting there & when this type of world class living area is developed no authority can give permissions to dumping yard . well its not possible ... as of now golf course is ready, comerciall projects are ready, d.p.s school is coming , police chowki started and all the aminities in one township of 350 aceres. we are enjoying life here plz come and see the area at once its like heaven on earth. thanks

It's correct. There is no any dumping yard near by crossing republic.
Dumping yard plan was purposed a long time before BUT now it has sifted to somewhere (Far away from crossing.)

I booked one flat at crossing republic.It is now underconstruction.In the project, one clause is mentioned as project distance is zero km from the proposed metro station & bus stand.I booked my flat in 2009 by taking metro & 8 lane road underconsideration.

Now i am planning to shift my family in Nov-Dec'12, can you please suggest me whether my decesion will be ok from the point of view of security & schooling of children.Also how many years, the metro & 8 lane project will take to come.

Not aware of Metro when it will come even there is no formal plans as per schedule of phase III

2ndly the RWA of CR has got the stay from the Supreme Court and the chanses of Dumping yard coming there are very weak as CR will cater population of 1 lacs and Ansal Township is coming us with similar size. Apart from this on the other side of CR after crossing the village NOIDA extension is there and already established college there.

Further for whole Ghaziabad the land requirement is 53 acres and the site near to CR is only 14 acres so GDA is looking for other options near Bulandsahar road.

CR is freehold property on GDA land but NOIDA extension as well as Yamuna Expressway are on leased land of 99 years.

Further GDA and NOIDA has already earmarked the propoerties mushroomedup on Hindonbank without approval and the demolishion drive will take place soon which will provide direct link with Sector 62 of NOIDA.

The other road will link CR directly with NH24

Apart from this the road going from backside of CR will link it with NOIDA Extension and other part of NOIDA and GNIDA.

I have already booked a flat in CR in Mahagun MASCOT and at the moment the prices will not increase but soon the prices will go up to 4000 to 4500 PSF.

For short term investment this is not the place but in 3-4 years this will be a great place so if you have time till than you can buy here or if you do not want long terms investment that go for builder floors in Vaisali and Indrapuram and i hope they are much more congested than CR

I am in full agreement with Sanjeet. I just booked flat in Mahagun Mascot and I am looking forward to shift to crossing in next three months..

I was also having this wrong perception that the Dumping Yard is coming near crossing but when I went to look for it, I was impressed with the way crossing is getting developed.

Now I am looking forward to shift over there and live a peace full life.

I am shifiting in panchsheel wellington in next few days. 100 more families are arriving there in next 2 months. On an average, daily 2 families are coming.

People, keep cribbing about Dump.:))

I have got 12 lacs appreciation on my flat in last 2months. This is almost 25% appreciation.

Golf course infront of my home is 99% ready and is looking more beautiful day by day. There are 4-5 shopping complexes coming up in next few months there. We have ATMs, dairy shops, full fldged markets already working fully packed there.

Now with onset of metro on NExtn road and widening of NH-24, which were the only 2 pending issues. There is full connectivity for school buses there. Majority of CR population is well literate from major IT and finance and MBAs. This is what separates it from all other places.
