Non adherence to agreed services
I am a customer of CROSSROADS CAR HELPLINE from past 4 years. Yesterday night for the 1st time I required their services and called their customer care at 11:07 PM on the 8th of August 2012 and lodged a complaint for a punctured tyre. They claim to be at the service of the customer within half an hour. I again reminded them at around 11:40PM and they told me that the car mechanic is having dinner. I waited till 12:05 AM and then I had to drive back my PUNCTURED car due to which my tyre and tube got torn out. I have been HARASSED by their customer care agent JAI PRAKASH and the driver/car mechnic MOHD HAZRAT ALI. I have made 5-10 calls which should be present at their database and can be confirmed. Me and my family are highly agitated after the incident. Kindly Tell me how to proceed with the complaint.
