Hello Minnu, please don’t work with them.. they will provide you work with out money/ with very less money.. their strategy is very simple- get work done by vendors and give them false QC reports and dont pay anything... their QC calculation is a trap... if you miss just 1 record or 10 fields out of 1 PDF means 85, 000 fields, you QC report comes down to 99% which is very normal..mistake 20 fields / 85000 means less than 98% means half money cut.. Another important thing is, they do not provide any QC tool because they don’t want you to achieve 100% and get your money.. there is no guarantee for post QC validation (they change data at their end)… they even do not provide detailed instructions, they will simply give you generic instruction sheet which does not talk about most of different scenarios.. Only time of QC they will tell you that this is wrong that is wrong...total .. Ultimately they will get work done from you without paying you anything.. Once their work is done / after you sign-up, they don’t respond you anymore..I would say ask following things before you sign up...
1) QC calculation in detail.. (ask them is it really possible to achieve this ??)
2) QC report verification / validation (credibility of their QC report)
3) Detailed instruction sheet.. not generic one..

This is for vgk, thanks for the timely warning but if go for the signup foraneslot of mmis. what should be the precautions. andwhat about their payment schedule? And what about the service tax? kindly advice

Are you still interested in signup with Crystal BPO even now.
For one slot you have to pay Rs.55000/- including trining cost (Rs 500 / user). But that is useless training through team viewer for an hour. You can't achieve the target and get the money from them. Each time they send the rework. They can manupulate data. QC report is a bull . It is not given by client but they themself giving it.
They work like this.
They will give 50000 records (for ten users) after your signup. Then you will work for 20 days irrespective of public holidays and sundays. But they will give QC report after 10 working days excluding saturday, sunday and public holidays. Note that SLA is only for you and not for them.
After that they will say, you have rework for all the 50000 records. When you get rework, you will not be paid.
Meantime they submit the data to the client and get the money. You again work for 20 days without money. If you face such situation again, you will resign from them. New scape goats like us will pay and work for them without any benefit.

I have missed one more important point. They are giving medical information. For a user you get 5000 records. In each record, there will be a Doctor name. This doctor name is unique for each record. No where these doctors name is repeating. Just imagine 5000 doctors work for a hospital. If you have taken 10 users, you will get 50000 doctor names.
Even if it is network of hospitals, how a hospital will run with one doctor for each patient. For 50000 patients 50000 doctors are there in the document.

The situations are going very bad.who ever want to get back the money come to crystal office on[protected] around 45 vendors going to give mask petition against CBS.and going to make a press conference against those culprits.we all suffer a lot because of this Barathi, Ramakrisnan, ramesh,Amal,prasad and others...we never going to allow escape from this scam....... s me also one of the guy cheated by the cbs

Crystal BPO isthe fraud no 1 company where I have come across.
Still we haven't received the payment from those guys.
Dont do business with them.They will cheat you for sure.

I am Mohan Kumar from Erode, I have taken the MIMS (Medical Information Management System) process for two seats for the first month i have finished the work in 20 days they told me that next 10 days the QC report will come after that next load will given. But my QC report has given after 24 days in this one month gone in QC report i have got minimum than 90% so i not got the payment. third month of second workload because 24 days gone on Qc report so one month gone in middle, In this work load i have completed the work load in 15 days and for five days we have checked our work up to our sight we never made mistakes that much we have checked. 20th my link cutted off. After that i have asked them through mail how long it will take for my QC report will come ( Note: i asked them because in last workload it takes 24 days). After mailing this with in 2 hours i got my QC report in this also same below 90%. I have get to their office to ask about this but there is no response given to me i have waited more than 4 hours to meet a person but he is not there none of their numbers are working switch off, not reachable, some numbers are how many time i have make call not at all answering. Like me many of them has taken projects from them. I have seen at the same day 6 peoples one from Dindigul taken 10 seats has the same like me, from Coimbatore two ladies 2 seats has the same, one more person from Erode, From Bangalore. And one more thing on that day in their office the employees from that concern came to office and shouted i have asked them they told me that never got the salary for four months, my friends brother also working there he also got the same. But they got new office building with two floor for 1500 sq ft, and working area with two floor for about 3500 sq ft. canteen etc., From our work they got all this but they never pay us. This is very much irritating me. I have mentioned here all this for not to get fool by this cheaters because many of them can't come see this i am from erode so i have got all this matters all this i mentioned are true.
