Dear Sir, I am ANIL KUMAR. My father was ex-army man.He was retired from army in 1986. He was expired in 1996.After expired,my mother used CSD canteen card for purchasing material from army canteen at sec-37,noida (U.P.).But only one person is allowed to enter noida army canteen .Now my mother is very old woman and her physical condition is not so good.She cannot move anywhere with-out help to any place. So I request you Sir, when she will go to the army canteen.please allow to enter with her family one member. I am very grateful to you. I HAVE PURCHASE 'SAGAR PRIDE VESTS' FROM CANTEEN SEC 21 CHANDIGARH . THERE ARE TWO MRP STICKER, ONE PASTED TO THE OTHER. I THINK, THERE MUST BE SOME PROBLEM EITHER AT COMPANY LEVEL OR ON THE CANTEEN LEVEL.

dsc canteen, kanchanbagh, hyderabad employees do partiallity against army personal dependents.when my mother raised voice against the injustice, he didn't give all the items for what we gave the list, and after that he made my mother who is not well to wait for 1.5 hours knowningly.
on this womens day week atleast do justice to the army personal wife...and the canteen facility is the basic right of a army personal and his dependent and it is not a mercy done by some people...
and the person responsible for this inhuman behavior is sepoy ravi kumar, dsc kanchanabagh hyderabad
plz take necessary action against it, i was a person who was about to join army with pride but now i dought my decision...

Even after submitting authorised letter for using CSD smart card on behalf of my mother who can not walk up to come to canteen, the Villupuram Defence canteen manager dose not allow people to enter the canteen to purchase grocery and liquor. They have simply put a notice that prepared by the canteen staff who are working there telling only the people whose photos in the CSD card can come and enter the canteen. I do not know under what section of the rule or law it says in this way. How can a person who is very aged and can not walk physically come and purchase things in the canteen. Is it not the too hard rule and making the elderly citizen suffer just to purchase grocery items? Why the elderly person has to come? Why not the son or daughter or relative who has the authorised letter can purchase or use the smart card.

My father got retired from army(18 years of service) and expired last year. So We applied CSd canteen card for my mother, its been 1 year after my father passed away, every week we are approching CSD canteen srivilliputur, no response from them, Kindly help on this how to proceed further whom should we contact to get this done.

i am pooja Rawat. My Father is ex army man. He retired in 2015. My Mother generally use c.s.D canteen card for purchasing grossery. ( C.s.D canteen Hempur) .In this canteen staf f donot give the free items that is printed on the product. whenever we ask them to give, they simply refuse. Staff of this canteen is very ill mannered, they also use to shout on people by using unparliementory words. please take strict action against staff of this canteen !

Bde Zirakpur Punjab arround July-2015 as application form receipt no. 1008950 but card didn’t received till now nor any SMS received related to this.
Again I had approach to the Canteen Officer H.Q. 474 Engr. Bde Zirakpur Punjab and applied for the same having application form receipt no. 1050079. On dated 10/01/2016 but still no card received not any SMS related to this matter.
Receipt of both time is in attachment for your kind consideration.

today me and mother who is a widow of Srgt.tennyson john and canteen card holder went to cds canteen thevally kollam for purchaseing grocery. my hus and kis was with us they doesnt allowed them to enter and said that here is cctv camera so they cant allow more than two but at the same time they allowed 5 persons in side only becuz the r friends of the man setting in front to check card. as we asked for entry he shouted towards us and after purchasing we went to billing section for payment when my mother gave card the lady is saying the the card is declined due to no avalablitiy of cash my mother said tht there is enough cash in the card and my u r talking like that she shouted and said that card is declined .we said card will decline due to verious other reasons due to net problem and all. the ladies standing at billing section isnot at all behaving fairly to the people .the people who r coming there is not their servants or they r purchasing with these peoples cash. it is aprevilige to the veterains who served the country at there younger age. the daily wages staff r not awre of all this things so they r behaving like this. so sir pl do the needful

Jhajjar csd staff is corrupt and supplies grocery to nearby shops and liquor to wine shops daily

kindly instruct the taurus army canteen located in delhi cant area to issue liquor & other items to all canteen card holders on cash payment. The delhi cant sub-area commander has issued orders to issue liquor on credit card only !? such an order is illegal & a source of harassment for all senior citizens using the canteen facilities since long! members must have option to collect liquor on cash payment also, & the major general of the delhi sub-area cannot trample upon the rights of canteen members by issuing such illegal orders . This order is highly irregular & is causing harassment to all Senior Citizens & retired Army personnel! Kindly instruct the Army Taurus Canteen to provide the option for cash payment also, as it was being done earlier. Thanking you,

This complaint iam giving on MEG ulsoor bangalore army canteen were a cashier old lady is telling airforce people cannot buy in army canteen.
I wanted to know is she giving from her home freely and what the hell the canteen manager was doing.
A lady cashier is controlling the canteen and what defence is doing wake up guys and dont allow us to writeso cheaply
Bloody that uneducated lady is giving importance to only officers her frnds and relatives. who the hell is she to do so.
We are from defence and nobody can stop us from shopping from any canteen
hop[e you take strict action against that canteen manager whos given so much liberty to that lady and fire that old lay cashier. if not i take this to higher authorities of defence.

I am 81 year old retired col kk singh I was denied a helper to take inside. I was asked to make a proper pass with ath affix with photo of the indivisual . I take a person available at that time in village. Idont have a permanent servant with me. Please advise solution els change the rule if it is so there.
