[Resolved]  SBI Mutual Fund — Customer ID

I am having investments in several SBI Mutual Fund categories for last 2-3 yrs . I have never received customer ID for any of my folios.
My changed email is also not registered with SBI Mutual Fund.

I am having mutual Fund with SBI.I have never received a customer ID for my folio hold for last 1 and 1/2 year.My email Id was wrongly entered in the System.
Now after several fallow up it has been corrected from there end.
Now when i wanted to generate the online customer ID it is going to the same old email ID of mine which is not correct.
When i called to the customer care center it was told to me this cannot be done you need to contact customer ID section where the changes has not been reflected.
Please help me as i am doing fallow up for last 2 months.

Allotment of Magnum Multicap units with entry load inspite of submitting
application directly

Sir,

This is to inform you that I have applied for additional Magnum Multicap units on 11.12.08 for Rs.5000/- by using perforated part of my account statement and submitted the application personally at your office at Ashoka Estate, New Delhi. While inquiring the number o[censored]nits allotted from SBI Call centre, it reveals that units were allotted at Rs.7.53 inclusive of entry load. SBI Call centre informed that since Broker Code was printed on perforated part of my account statement, entry load was levied. It has also informed that since earlier application was applied through broker the account statement will always mention broker code by default & all future application for additional units through perforated part of my account statement will be treated as application through broker & entry load shall be applied.

In this regard I fail to understand as to the reason to mention broker code on perforated part of account statement which is meant for future application etc. In this way you are compelling existing unit holders to apply through broker instead of treating it is one time transaction with the particular broker. In my view the Fund is clandestinely dictating unit holders to apply through broker. As such I request to please do not mention broker code by default on perforated part of account statement.

Meanwhile I request you to treat my application as direct application and revise allotment price at NAV as on the date of allotment excluding entry load.

I am also endorsing copy of this letter to SEBI with the request to amend the present practice of mentioning broker code by default on perforated part of account statement and to look into my legitimate right to get units at NAV as on the date of allotment excluding entry load.

how I can know my maturity value in sbi contra umbrella fund growth folio No 9101916
sir firstly i had paid rs 10000 by chq 13340 which is cleared from my a/c on 17 jan 2006 towards magnum blue chip dividend fund and secondly i had paid by chq 13338 rs 20000 which is cleared on 24 jan2006 for purchase of magnum blue chip dividend.After this transactions i have not recd any soa for the above.iam not having the application counter foils now.I donot know the folio nos of the above investments.My earnest request to you is kindly find out the status of the above investment and let me know the folio nos.
During 6 sept 2006 i had invested rs 15000 in blue chip fund dvdnd for which i have the folio no 7451149.

We purchase two contra fund, on the name of Sunita Kumari Folio no.11684495 & other Sachin Sehrawat, folio no.11684225. Till today we didnot receipt any doucments from SBI. let us know how much money paid from our A/c. Secondly Sachin Sfhrawat is wrong name, right name is Sachin Sehrawat, : Ho. no. 1173, Near Veerpal Chakki, Village & P.O. Mahipalpur, New Delhi-110037. Please correct in your records and make an arrange to sent these related documts.
