Complaint Ticket Number : CC[protected] Name : K L ARORA Account Number: [protected] Complaint against State Bank of India Nehru Place Email : [protected]@rediffmail.com Phone No : [protected] Product : Customer Service at counters Complaint : Pensions - Delay in credit of pension Message : Kind Attn: Chairman SBI, Bombay Dear Sir, Owing to it""s whims and fancies State Bank Of India 40-41, Bakshi house, Nehru Place, New Delhi has stopped crediting my pension since Nov 2009 besides releasing my medical allowance of Rs 600/- pm since Dec 2008 which had also been increased to 1200 from Jan 2009. I called on concerned Deputy Manager so many times prevailing upon him to release my legitimate pension and medical allowance but in vain. I had handed over Life certificate twice in Nov 2009 itself to the said gentleman. I also met his superior officers but no results. My PPO No. is 18/2008 and my SBI Saving A/c No. is [protected]. The said branch of SBI had earlier caused excruciating delay in crediting my pension for 12/2008 to 05/2009 even though my deptt. sent them necassary directions along with Pension payment order timely. What is wrong with SBI? Why are they bent upon harrassing retired persons like me without realising the fact that the old persons are most vulnerable persons in the society and pension amount is a sole source of their livlihood.
