[Resolved]  Cutting of trees — cutting of trees and redevelopment issues in our area

We have a tree in front of our house and there are people who had cut down the trees. Commity members are also with them infact there is a slum re-development issues in our area and builder is also helping those people and commity for their profit. Trees cannot be cut it is illegal. Whole tree had been cut down just for the builder profit. We also have a cocunut tree which is dead and we have given application to commity members along with the photos of that tree to be cut down bcoz it is dead now, any time it can fall but they are not cutting that cocunut treeand its been three months now, infact they have cut the tree which is alive and that is illegal. We also facing problems with the builder whose name is One up group developers. Its been more then 5 years now and no development thing has been started. Commity members are not doing anything bcoz they have taken lot of money from the builder and they put their house on rent and went away from the areas. Our house is on lease from Mahada and its our Co-operative housing society whish is registered but then also builder is puting on SRA scheme. Most of the people in our area is illeterate and they had signed the development paper and they dont know what is SRA and now every one come to know that SRA means "Johpad Patti" and our area is registered and we dont want to go from SRA scheme. Commity members had not put the end date on the agreement papers and thats why we cannot change the builders. We have a mojority of the people who dont want to go from SRA scheme. Builder also give money to some people who drinks and do fights with the people. Our people is insafe now. We need a serious Help. Please give us the idea how to cancel the builder.

Our area name is Bharat Nagar co-operative housing society, Andheri West, Four Bunglow. Mumbai 400053.
Builder name is Manmoham singh and sudhakar shetty (One up group developer).
The main culprit is our Society Secretary Mahmood Sheikh who is also a government servent and he had made lot of propery by taking black money from the builders. He has changed 4 Builders and took money from them and now this is the 5th one and he cannot change it bcoze this builder has goodbackground with the underworld people. That is why our area is unsafe. Plz Help.
