Same happen with me.. i joined Cybage as a SE and after one year at appraisal time (when ppl get promotion) I got designation letter for DTE.. It really bad..
Management and HR are suppose to inform employee about all the changes atleast before one month so employee can be aware about the circumstances and can take appropiate action.
Cybage jasi company ko to sarkar ne fine lagana chahei, because at joining time they are giving offer of the salary of one year and changing the salary after 3-6 month this is not good, jab hamara sarkar ayega to Arun / Deepak ko to hath kadi lagayenge. thanks
Very Very bad management. Cybage gives managerial position to a guy having 3 yrs of exp & keeps the employees under him having 5-6 yrs of exp. They increase a salary from Rs.400.
Do not follow any software process. Don't know on what basis they follow appraisal cycle. HR are bad DM/DH dont know ahat is happening in project & Manager bahaves like CEO/Owner of the comp. Its very bad company & I am sufering very bad exp in this 3rd class company.
Its a 3rd class company.They never raise your sal in appraisal. Managers to sale bahot nalayak hai. Deepak & Arun kabhi management ki taraf dhyan nahi dete. Oh Mota HR Head Elston to kutta hai. Logo ke grivences ko kabhi nahi dekhta.
Please agar Jindgi mein kuch karna hai ye company join mat karo. Agar Package accha mile to bhi join mat karo. apka package kabhi bhi ye log kam kar sakte hai.
Yaha Manager koi bhi kuutta banta hai. Bas use chatne ki adat chahiye, bhalehi use kuch na aata ho.

Cybage management and HR policy is ridiculous.I dont see any IT company having such policy.Work culture is not employee friendly because HR believe that they are maintaining worker not employee.
You wonder What work HR do there? No HR work but working like broker. They sell lottery for any particular event.HR bring any such foolish game in order to collect money from worker ( cybage employee). Have you ever see all HR sitting outside and selling lottery and announcing proudly lottery for Rs.10/20/50 etc.
First and foremost I am not from the HR and I am in this company for nearly 5 years. I think this is a clear case of company bashing.Or should I say sour grapes... Cybage is a great company to work with especially for freshers. Every company has its share of problems.
Cybage was one of the few companies where lay off was the least during recession. It is a very employee friendly company and does look into personal problems of its employees. Management and HR especially Mr Elston Pimenta have gone way out to help employees.
It is really unfortunate that such nasty and uncharitable comments are being posted.
You cant expect every company to cater everything. But undoubtedly Cybage is a very good company and people should not hesitate joining it. Hope many negative thoughts have been fixed now.
I apologize for loose statement from me.I admit here that had really good work satisfaction over 2 year of cybage experience.Whatever about HR policy Mr.Elston is right person to do whatever possible.I can say sorry for my loose statement.
Well, I do not agree with all such comments regarding bad management and salary reduction.
I am working with cybage since 8 months only and do not have much experience regarding this,
However, according to whatever i know till the date, there are round about 70% employees who are working with this company since more than 2 years up to 10-12 years.
So it clearly indicates that company has maintained quite well relations with the employees. It takes care about employee's salary, work environment and his work in a perfect manner.
I must say it’s not only good for fresher; it’s equally good for experienced candidates.
If you are really willing to work best, Cybage is the best company to work with in a direction towards your goals.
I want to take two manaer name
1> Pushkaraj Pujari who look after only marathi people and he is psycho.
2> Tirth Dasgupta he is DM now and he has no mind to think and he goes per pushkraj pujari mind which is stupid
Pushkaraj pujari has no mind. He cannot handle the reosurces and god nows who has hired this as a manager. One of the stupid manager i have ever seen in past 4 years.
