that company hold my salary near about one year old, so please help me...my cont- no.[protected]
No doubt Cybage is a good company to work with but the problem lies in the management. They promise something else at the time of the interview and then give you some different responsibilities post joining the organization. At the induction they make you sign a service agreement which states that you can’t leave within an year and if you do so you’ll have to pay a fine. This is not done. We can’t even leave nor we want to stay back in such a situation. I am really disappointed to be a part of the Cybage family. I have lost trust, hope and faith in its management as I was promised something else at the time of the interview and now a month down the line I see myself with no future and no tenure here. Managers here play with words, they say “If required, maybe” and now when I escalated my problem to the DM and Head HR, I was told that the project I am in now best suits my skillset. However at the time of the interview I was told something else. I pity myself and my career growth.

This is truly worst company to work with they try to bind all their employees under 1 year bond which is totally unconstitutional. I agree with earlier comments bunch of bhikaris trying running the business. They try earning by fortifying employees hard earned money and then trading for the same in lieu of the giving the relieving letter after they fire you or you resign.
The name they have created for themselves just a mirage. The reality is opposite and one realizes this only when he or she joins. False marketing practises followed here and genuine reviews are suppressed by money or these people get them deleted.
If you have an offer from cybage join at your own risk especially if you are an experienced candidate don't ruin your life here no job security here although they can offer some good salary but once the assignment gets over they will fire you and fortify your salary also if you levae or are terminated within the 1 year bond period they will ask you to give them 3 months salary or you will not get your releiving letter.
They have been dragged to court for the same on many earlier occasions but still they have no shame they follow worst HR practised. Forgot to mention their actual working hour practise where they calculate the time spent in loos. Pure Lala desi company not better than QA infotech.

Cybage is a really goodcompany, gives job security. But i[censored]r asking for increments n promotionsits bit lacking their. to get hike n proomotions as usual like other companies u hv to switch. otherwise overall I will say its a good company but make sure to which project ur going to assign. because afdter joining project and technology differs than what u hv masered in. so basicall fro freshers its good for laterals join with caution.
