on 10-jun-13 i made a request to install a new dish. they asked for 48 hrs working time duration. when they did nothing i made a complain (no.[protected], date 14-jun-13) and they did just nothing. then when i asked them what is happening regarding my complain they told me to register a complain against their engineer and i did, complain no[protected], date 16-jun-13. since then they are just saying your complain is being processed. i got frustrated calling them everyday (plus their customer care is not free). i asked them to return my deposit as per told by their engineer who brought the d2h box to my home. now they are telling me that there was no such scheme of refunding the money, ever. so now on 21-jun-13. i have neither my money nor d2h service and i am hopelessly spending my money and time in calling them for providing the service. and now i am stuck in the maze of customer service crafted to fool the customers and keeping the company away from any questions what so ever the consumer asks. i must have decipher and understood the real meaning of the VIDEO-- CON.
