[Resolved]  Dainik Bhaskar, Jamshedpur — cheating with subscriber

Before launching the Dainik Bhaskar news paper at Jamshedpur in Jharkhand. The Executive of the Dainik Bhaskar offered a sachem for Rs 300 on annual subscription plus quarterly gift which will be provide at home. I had subscribed due to the offer and due to the name as one of the leading HINDI news Parer. So for gift concern It had not reached to the place but declared that the subscriber had to collect from the suggested place time to time. Today on 31.01.2012 the subscriber has to collect the gift from the said place(Jaduguda, Jamshepur , Jharkhand ) between 10am to 3.00 pm. I went to the place between before 2.30 pm. The agent(Mr.Rajkumar Sharma) said that all the gift have finished, you can collect at another day and didn't give the clarity on the matter. He ignored the grievances. I became upset due to this. This happened first time. generally they should know the flow of customer from the respective areas. Calling on time and giving nothing would be fun with the customer .Because I cross 10 km with the hope that some gift would be getting. When I realized the fact, I was disappointed. The paper like Dainik Bhasker does not have right to play with the emotion of innocent people. For further inquiry I made a call on[protected] to narrate the inconveniences happened . But the attendant respond very arrogantly by saying that if you are not satisfied STOP this parer and do what you like . When I asked his name he said I don't have any name and disconnected the phone. Why would the executive should behave in this way?
I myself didn't subscribe this paper, In fact The executive approached with the scheme. I want justice against the gift matter and the behavior of the executive.
