- So we can't contact with them.
- Even they didn't inform us for their inconvenience & this way they did inconvenient for us also.
- we were just waiting and waiting only.
- Service is so bad & nothing is goning on time.

I am 100% agree. this not case with Pimpri-Chinchwad branch but all DASS outlets same things happens. When you call them, the only asnwer is we will do it today for sure sir and we keep waiting.
I happened to purchase one laptop with following details from your shop. It is to best of my memory that I had purchased the laptop in Dec/Jan this year

As it has developed the fault, and needs to be repaired at Chandigarh from authorized dealer, there is need of copy of Challan/ Bill/ Invoice please.

I totally agree. We bought a Bajaj mixer grinder from them a couple of months ago. And its not working we lodged a service last week, since then they having been telling us that they are sending someone. But no one has turned up.

We extremely unhappy with their service.

Totally Agree...i bought a semi automatic wash machine, when it was opened it was defective, and when i asked for a replacement they are sending there stupid technicians, who wanted to sell some stolen products from Dass to me...

After discussion with DASS manager he was trying to convince me to get repair the washing machine and use, not agree to replace defective piece. Actually they use to play a game with customers, they say that its a company defect and when called in company call center they tell that ask your dealer
(Dass) to replace the washing machine.

MAKING CUSTOMERS FOOL WITH HIGH COST...Please compare the price with other dealers and never Buy any product from DASS.

I totally agree on this. I have been trying to contact Dass Electronics Chinchwad branch but there seem to be no answer from them. I am facing some problem in my Toshiba Refrigerator and they dont even care to provide a good service. Pathetic service.

DASS Electricals PUNE — SICK DASS CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DELIVERIES

Dass is the worst supplier. I ordered Washing Machine and Refrigerator on saturday.
Yesterday was the delievery date. When I called up today, There were quite many problems:

1. They have 4 phone numbers. No one will pick by at least 12 PM.
2. If they do.. They will ask for your name and will never call back.
3. So you again land up calling them which they hardly pick.
4. The mobile number they give always say "Unreachable"
5. But when I asked them, when I by chance got to talk with their sales representative, that the mobile never works. He says "It works only after 2 PM". But I was calling at 5 PM. No answer from other side when I asked this.
6. When I talked about the delivery .. he sais "Sir washing machine would reach you by next 3 days and Refrigerator would not be delivered.When I ASKED him ..why. he said "you would have to come and select another model because LG is not giving us that model. "

SUCH A SICK RESPONSE FROM THEM ... I HOPE THIS IS WORD TO WORD Experience with DASS..and I WOULD SAY YOU THINK THINK AND AGAIN THINK BEFORE BUY ANYTHING FROM DASS...

I have a similar experience. Fisrt they have incorrect nos. on the receipt to the nos are invalid
They give offers which the primary supplier does not agree. I had purchased a Water Purifier and the DASS showrroom Kalyaninagar promised me for free filter change after aompletion of first year. But now Eureka Forbes is not replacing it free of cost
I totally agree with most of the comments. I went to there Aundh branch to buy an IPOD. When I asked the sales guy to show the packed piece, he refused and was not willing to comply giving me some stupid reason.
You would get a much better service in a small electronic shop.

I would like to share my similar bad exepreince with DASS -Aundh.We had purchased three items together from DASS - LG Fridge, TV and Washingmachine.
They had promised the delivery in 2-3 days after taking full advance payment. Our Ordeal started after that. The 2-3 days became 3 weeks. After having called them 2-3 times daily finally our products were delivered. Each time they gave some different reason for dealy like item is in godown, Fridge color out of stock etc. Since the full payment was already taken we felt very helpless and lost our peace of mind until the prodcuts were delivered.
When you go to the shop be mentally prepared for upteen follow up calls and a delayed delivery.
My experience has been completely different. I bought a LCD, Refrigerator, Dryer . Right from the delivery, I was happy with the service. They even arranged the demonstration on the same day !!

( this makes it difficult for any service/ sales executive to deal with me ha ha ha )

Some months back in a hurry with only 5 minutes time in my hand and the foulest of my mood
entered your showroom to buy a camera ! Wondering what this local chain can offer,
not sure of my range 5K to 35K.. Usage.. Technical requirement . .

This person handled it so well that I'm short of words here, when I walked out in exact 5 minutes was fully satisfied
on the product I bought .. Its technical worth suiting my requirement, value for money.

Wanted to go back then and there to acknowledge this but was embarresed on my own demanding approach and this person polite response.

Have visited twice after that and bought a camera and dvd player, looking forward for a LCD etc etc in coming days, you have a loyal
cutomer here, in today's competitive CD/service market your people will surely help in taking it long way.

Your Wanworie branch sales team including manager is not bothered for customers, they never say sorry, thanks you will never see smile on their face. they dint answer phone properly, never pick up phone on time . that day in front of me one of your manager ( supriya) got call from custmoer and she told the customer that she has gone for lunch.

but anywazzz i m doing m job,
i went 2 ur branch and i take a L.G.LCD 32 LH60 T.V
and they sad 2 me that they delevered to me today only means 16-oct-2009
but they not bee on word afterthat i spoke to ur salesman yogesh .he told me that it will be done in evening .at 10:30pm again i go to ur branch soo that guy & ur manager spoke me at there attitude ..that we dont have stokes and all that thinks ...
soo i cancellled my t.v but they have no issues on that ...
so i think i[censored] r putting this type of employes so ur company going down soonly
