[Resolved]  Data Care Corporation — Excess amt Swiped saying Processing Fees on behalf of

Dear Sir/ Madam,

My credit card number is 46**********4606, we have taken 2 Laptop from Data Care Corporation, Pune dt. 24.10.12 & 2 with EMI facility taken from them which we want to cancel with processing fees. Do the needful.
Please check following 2 transactions & guide us how to cancel this transaction.
1) Laptop Price Rs. 43700/-

Cash Rs. 13700/-
Credit Card Swipe Rs. 31650/-
Total Rs. 45350/-

(They have excess charged of Rs. 1650/- with saying this is BANK PROCESSING charges which we have collecting from customer & submit to the HDFC bank.)

2) Laptop Price Rs. 33000/-

Cash Rs. 10000/-
Credit Card Swipe Rs. 24783/-
Total Rs. 34783/-

(They have excess charged of Rs. 1783/- with saying this is BANK PROCESSING charges which we have collecting from customer & submit to the HDFC bank.)

As per my discussion with Customer Care person (Smita/ Swapna) they have told us that Merchant has no right to charged extra amount from customer in behalf of HDFC bank.

Please look into this matter on priority basis & guide us how to void this transaction or any option to cancel this extra charges of Rs. 1650/- & 1783/-
