its a long story.
sent check in march 2012 for akash tablet
received the tablet in aug 2nd week after many phone calls and emails.
i just used it one day(just charged it for 8 hours) and tech issues started. Tech support told me to download and do something and i did it by going to internet service center spending 300rs..... it is use less and again
called many time to tech support and said to contact hyderabad tech support at raviryala wich is more than 60 km away from me .. how ever manage to go to that place and try to get it repair the tech people said they cannot repair it and need to send it to Amritsar and i have send it spending 250 and
received the repaired tablet in dec 3rd week but now charger was not working
WHEN CALLED TECH SUPPORT AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING THEY SAID (RAAGHAV, HARPREET, RAJWINDAR KAUR) TO SEND BACK THE FAULTY CHARGER TO GET FREE NEW CHARGER...
TILL DATE I NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING.
VERY FRUSTRATED AND JUST SPEND APROX 5000 RS SIMPLY ONE ELECTRONIC DEVICE WHICH I NEVER USED IT...
I AM NOT CORE PATI OR EMPLOYEE TAKE THE MATTER LITELY. I NEED RESOLUTION..........
