[Resolved] Datawind — Delivered faulty Tab - UBISLATE 7C+ | |
Hello,
I have ordered the UBISLATE 7C+ on 19.8.13 and got the delivery on 24.8.13.
However I was very disappointed when come across the following problem.
1. It has been adviced before use charge it for atleast 6-7 hours I have followed the instruction
but was shock to encounter TAB is not starting on battery back up mode after charging for 7hours.
2. TAB is not working on Battery back up it can only works when we put it on charging.
3. Device fails to detect SIM card hence Mobile network is not working on it.
Please revert to me as soon as possible to send back TAB to you or else If it possible to return the Money Please advice
