Datawind — Delivery of non working ubislate 7C+ (edge) | |||||
I purchased an Ubislate 7C + (edge). The purchase had been made when the datawind people made a call based on my 3 years back enquiry. This is on 29th June 2013 with cash on delivery mode. It was delivered immediately in 3 days on 2nd July 2013, Tuesday . As I was out of station we opened it on Saturday night I.e., on 6th July 2013. In the note of starting it up process, it was written to charge for 6-8 hours before starting . So we kept it on charge in the saturday night. On Sunday morning I.e., on 7th July, tried to start it up. It does not turn up or started. Tried to reset and start.even tried to charge thru computer. But none the ways worked. So made a call to [protected]. They won't pick the phone immediately. After nearly 100 times, they picked it and after hearing the problem told to return it. Tablet was couriered back with charges of nearly RS.400/-. It was delivered to datawind on 11th July 2013. And again after trying 100 times their phone got connected. They are now saying that the received tabled will get updated in their systems, that they received it, is after 7-8 days. That I need to call back to check the status wether they received it or not after 7-8 days. 1. They won't lift the phone. 2.They won't listen first what we are saying 3. They disconnect the line while we are in the middle of conversation 4. They won't deliver properly checked or quality checked product 5. The device does not start. It's just show that they did not checked before dispatching the device. 6. As they need to collect the money, they delivered the product within 3 days. 7. As they collected the money, now they are not giving proper response. I request to look into the matter ASAP as these people are taking ride on innocent people. I had ordered one ubislate 7C+ have received it on 26th july. got the time to opne the box on 28th july and i seem to find it is not working i tried every thing from resetting to charging for full day but still it is not working.
I am very disappointed with the product and the customer care as they never pick the phone and also the number printed on the box is not in use.
SO YOU PEOPLE HAVE FOUND THE EASIEST WAY TO CHEAT PEOPLE. CONGRATULATIONS!!
