Pre-bookings of datawind tablets i.e. Ubislate7+ vide

I, have a made a pre-booking for prioratised delivery of Ubislate7+ tablet vide booking id no. PM6608005114. I have sent a demand draft bearing no. 284187 for Rs. 2,999/- each, drawn on Oriental Bank of Commerce, (SUSRIN, 1123), Srinagar Colony, Hyderabad 500 073 dated 16th January, 2012. The demand draft and request letter was couriered to Datawind Innovations Pvt. Ltd, Amritsar, through consignment no A28626431, First Flight Couriers on, 16th January 2012.

Since then I am trying to contact the company. Unfortunately neither their toll free no. i.e. 1800-180-2180 or their office land line phone number are responding/ working. I request through this portal the concerned authorities to take necessary initiative.

from State Bank of India, Ansari Nagar, New Delhi, for rupees 3, 000 payable at par in all cities in India.
The booking ID PM653D721E0E & other details – like my mobile number etc. mentioned on the back of cheque.

I posted it to your office by speed post on 14/02/12 and was Delivered On: 17/02/2012

The same cheque (No. 886676 ) has been paid/encashed on 01/03/12 .

Please ensure a quick safe delivery of Ubislate 7+ at the registered

This is regarding the Ordered UBISLATE 7+ (10.03.2012) has not received till date.

Full Advance Payment for UBISLATE 7+ Order No: PMF4919 thru State Bank of India Cheque No: 176316 Dated: 10.03.2012 for Sum of Rupees: TWO THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED NINETY NINE only & received an mail states you will receive the Tablet within APRIL12 to MAY12.

As per their communication stated for the delivery of the Tablet:-

1. End of APRIL12 to First week of MAY12.
2. End of MAY12.
3. First week of June12.
4. 15th of June12.
5. End of June 12 to First week of JULY12.

But till date i have not receive the Tablet, I have sent an compliant regarding this to Mr, Suneet Singh Tuli CEO of M/s DATAWIND INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, Amirstar - 143001 thru Face book, but no reply from him & also called their Toll Free no: 18001802180, but no one will pick the call, if unfortunately they have attended the call reply will be your order is on process it will be delivered soon.

Kindly look into this delivery issue or cheating the public on the name of Government.

This is regarding the Ordered UBISLATE 7+ (12.06.2012) has not received till date.

Full Advance Payment for UBISLATE 7+ Order No: PM2DCOODBISE thru ALLAHABAD BANK Cheque No: 122805 Dated:12/6/2012 by speed post EG500530775IN on 13/6/201 for Sum of Rupees: TWO THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED NINETY NINE only.
I received an mail states acknowledgement as below,

This is to acknowledge that we have received your Cheque/Demand Draft number 122805 of Rs2, 999 of ALLAHABAD BANK . Thank you for your payment. Your order is in process, You will receive your UbiSlate 7+ in September.

Later Mid of October a mail received saying below,

Please confirm your acceptance of this upgraded offer by responding to this Email within 72 hours. Please note that the upgrade to UbiSlate 7Ri is at no additional cost to you, and if you decide to upgrade to the UbiSlate7Ci, the extra charge is only Rs.500, payable at time of delivery

I there by accepted the offer and sent the address for delivery.

After that I have send a number of mails to get the status but no proper responses are there. If you people not going to deliver then please say that also so that we can forget our money for time being and can go to media and consumer forum for complaint.

But till date i have not receive the Tablet, I called their Toll Free no: 18001802180, but no one will pick the call, if unfortunately they have attended the call reply will be your order is on process it will be delivered soon.

Kindly look into this delivery issue or cheating the public on the name of Government.

i had sent following cheque and all three cheque had debited from my account. datawind has assured two three time by phone and mail before 2 months to deliver my both tablets, but fail to deliver. and i request to refund my rs .7298/= or both tablats but in spite of lots of communication the datawind not taking any action.and datawind not replying my any mail afler 24-n0v2012.
we all consumer should collect all data of payment in one mail place and plan to go for consumer court /government/and civil court too. because datawind collecting money but not delivering all tablats

I booked a Ubislate, booking ID is PMB983C19B. Payment made by sending a ICICI BANK, Tirupur cheque no 91230 for Rs 2999.00, which was debited in my account on 15/02/2012.

Till date, nearly 11 months have gone against the promised delivery within March 2012, but till date I have not received the product.

your toll free number is not working and there is no response from your Customer Support Executive mobile number

My booking no. is PMAD023AF229 and i had deposited advance payment of Rs 2999/- through cheque, Cheque No. 002301 (Union Bank of India, Anuppur).

I got a mail to upgrade the Model and i also agreed for it to pay extra Rs500/- at the time of delivery.

2-3 Times i talked to customer care but asked for send the item on early basis because i had booked the product and paid advance payment in the month of May'2012.

Now the situation is that the customer care number services are temporarily blocked and there is no way to get in touch with customer care about product status.

I am having similar Experience with this company I have booked my product Ubislate 7C + on COD basis in Nov 2012, In the month of January I got a mail that I will be getting my Tab at a lower price and within 72 hours, if pay the price through online. I made the payment. on 25 January. Since then I am following up with them through mails . and not getting any response.

No body is availabale at their customer care number provided on the wesite.

I (Dr. N U DESHMUKH.) have booked Ubislate 7c+ Tablet on 21st March by making online payment on Datawind's website(Order no.PM3671DEBB7A). Datawind company promised me for sending the tablet within 72 working hours but now even after 10 days (more than 240 hours) I didn’t get the Tablet yet, not even they contact and tell why they are getting late. I tried to contact the company many many times but none of there phone is working(18001802180-no response ; 01835217562, 01832708525, 01832708500 -pick up & cut the phone immediately, no response, or tell to call another no. which has same problem). I tried to check the order status online but its not showing any relevant info, just telling "keep checking". I had booked this to gift my friend but now that imp date has gone, its useless now. I had to go to Delhi but since I didn’t get this tablet I have to cancel my Delhi program, I had to face that loss too. Since I have already paid and am not getting any response by online query, phone now I am under tremendous tension. I cant cancel as they deduct almost 10%.If you can't deliver then why do you promise! At least tell me exact date when will I get my tablet? Please help me out. Thank you.
