[Resolved] Dav School Adambakkam — Teacher Beat Child

My daughter is studying 4th Standard in DAV School Aadambakkam. Yesterday July 27th 2011. The mathematics teacher asked my daughter to perform mathematics work on the board. My daughter was unable to perform work on the board. As a teacher she should have guide & make my daughter to perform the work & make her to learn. That is the responsibility of teacher. Instead the teacher had beaten my daughter using wooden measuring instrument. My daughter returned home & she was crying for few hours. Because of fear, she suffered with high temperature we gave him crocin syrup and made her to sleep. Is the right of teaching student? I request respected officer to take action against Mathematics teacher who serve in DAV school. My contact # : [protected]. I AM A STUDENT OF CLASS 10TH C.B.S.E. SCHOOL R.L.B. M.S.S. SEC-14 SCHOOL SEC-14, INDIRA NAGAR, LUCKNOW. THE SCHOOL IS VErY BAD. BUT IT IS A GOOD REPUTATION.I WAS BEATEN BY A M.P. SIR BECAUSE MY COLOR OF WINTER CAP IS WHITE AND THE SCHOOL UNIFORM IS BLUE BUT THE TEACHER DIDNOT UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE NOT BLUE WINTER CAP AND THIS IS WINTER. BUT I WAS BEATEN BY M.P. SIR IN THE WINTER WITH SCALE . INDIAN LAW IS NOT to BEAT CHILDREN BUT ALMOST SCHOOLS ARE NOT FOLLOWING THE LAW.PLEASE TAKE A POSITIVE ACTION TO STOP THIS TYPE OF ISSUES.
