[Resolved]  DD Motors/Maruti Zen — Faulty Repair

I had gone to DD Motors Mayapuri on 30th July 2008 to get the normal service & for change both the bumper of my Maruti Zen Car. After they diagnosed the problem start in the igniation and was start missing, loose connection, when I contact service adviser at 7.30 PM that I am facing problem pl listen my problem and take care topmmorow but he refuse to listen and say come tomm with the vehicle and cut the phone, after so many call then again he pick-up and listen ans was told to me I will you tommorow and dignosed the same but till date no body revert to me. Also note that the Feed back form was not given to me. What kind of pathetic customer service at DD motors Also I am amazed the way they handle the customers cars.
