Please do not trade your 27 year old “Rohini Scheme Registration Slip” to anyone including “Property Dealer”. This is illegal and you may attract all sort of problem for yourself from DDA.

On 1.10.2008, I along with 3 other applicants met Shri Rahul Gandhi and apprised him of 25000 people's agony. Mr. Gandhi was also reminded about this scheme being a dream project of our Late Prime Minister Smt. Indira ji who happens to be his grand mother too. He was handed over a memorandum along with all relevant photo copies.

He promised us to look into our grievance immediately. I appeal all other applicants to log onto “http://dda-rohini.tripod.com” for latest updates on this subject.

DDA — miss print on pan card

MY NAME IS RAM RATTAN KAUSHIK, RECENTLY I RECIVE MY PAN CARD, BUT THE MY NAME AND MY FATHER NAME IS MISS PRINT THERE, I WANT THE MISTAKE TO BE RECTIFIED SOON.

"Rohini Residential scheme - 1981" case has already been taken up with 'Directorate of Public Grievance - Cabinet Secretariat - GOI' and a Grievance acknowledgement number has already been issued by PG Department.

Many startling details and facts including “DDA’s wrong doings in past” have already been collected using RTI Act. Chief Information Commission (CIC) has also been approached for not complying the RTI Act. Not only this, this case has already been raised with all appropriate offices including ‘President’s office’ of Central as well as State Govt.

I am also the victim of this scheme. do we have some sort of solution to this problem. pls give the latest imfoemation about step took by DDA on this 1981 scheme. Their must be some solution to it .

Same situation is with me as well. My father also booked a LIG Plot under 1981 Rohini Resendential Scheme before 27 yrs however so far there is no positive information. Our registration no is 14036 and i have no idea till now how many allotments have been done. A few days ago i saw an information on some news channel with the result of lucky draw of recent allotment scheme, that shortly DDA will come up with a new allotment scheme in 2009. I dont really know & understand that, they people have not yet settled 27 yrs old registrations and now they are coming up with new allotments and also such allotments are fixed within few months. I am ready to raise my issue in front of Media anytime that they should first settle our claims and then should begin further and also its been a very long time. Whoever is interested to stand with me against DDA through Media can contact me via phone or email or can simply add his/her comments.

DDA was created to provide houses to the general public at reasonable prizes and in reasonable time,
of course. I had applied for MIG plot under Rohini Scheme 1981. It is 27 years now but I have not
been allotted one. Every time I went to their office I was assured that I would be getting the plot
within three /four/six months. When the last draw took place Miss Baby had announced that
remaining applicants would be getting the plots by the end of that year. She further said that they
were sick of getting enquiries/phone calls from the applicants and that they would be relieved after
clearing all the applications. We then had a ray of hope. And after that nothing happened. We
are being made fools and are forced to run after them. They had acquired land for alloting the same
to us but they sold the same at hefty prizes. We have simply become meek spectators. Our government
is also sleeping. They are also aware of the goings on in the DDA and even after knowing fully well of
the miseries being faced by the applicants they are not doing anything though they make very loud
promises/speeches that government is for the people. In view of this I hope that they will institute
an enquiry by the vigilance into the affairs of DDA and allot us the plots without any further delay.
Since it is already past 27 years I am nearing 70 years and somany others have passed away
waiting for a ray of hope. Would the government like us to meet the same fate.

DDA — unattended garbage

DearSir,

A plot of land that exists ostensibly in the name of DDA at the back side of Chinar Appts.(M-21/14), Batla House amidst which stands a tall and clear notice board prohibiting tresspassing, has become a dumping ground for garbage.The same has some sewer lines following into and come monsoon or clogging it gets inundated with overflowing water transforming it into ideal breeding ground for inumorous diseases.The lives of the vast adjoining areas are put at peril and at a great risk of contacting deadly diseases which can take the form of an epidemic thus endangering the lives of the whole area including N.F.C., Maharani Bagh, Zakir Nagar etc.
You are, therefore, requested to direct the DDA to secure and maintain the mentioned stinking plot of land to save the lives of the residents of the area which can otherwise take a catastrophic dimentions if not addressed in time.
An urgent remedial action is solicited at your end.

My parents booked under DDA Rohini Residential 1981 scheme approx 26 years ago. DDA promised that the allotment will be done very soon to the registered members. My father is a retired person and mother is really broken to see DDA response. This can not be done by DDA. It is not a private firm which can easily ditch 25000 members in a democratic country. We are really sad to see such a slow response from the governement or any social firm. Noone is ready to take any kind of action on this matter. Number of letters and application are sent by aged people (like my parents). All the registered members are really old and can't make 1000 of rounds to the DDA office. I think we should come in front of the media and raise our voice. Please help us.

Whenever we cal DDA abt it they have the same answer
"jab draw niklega aapko newspaper se pata chal jayega"
it's really sad that people working in DDA doen't realise this problem of common,
politicians have money and time only for there campaigns, it's the common man who is stuck,
we should come forward and highlight it to a huge extent so that some necessary action should be taken
people there will not realise unless and until some evasive action is not taken.

Change the system and come forward else things will remain some as they are now..

My parents too booked under DDA Rohini Residential Scheme 1981 approx 29 years ago. DDA promised that the allotment willbe done very soon to the reistered memgers. My father is retired person and mother is really broken to see DDA response. This can not be done by DDA. Its not a private firm which can easily ditch 25000 members in democratic country.
