Dear Sir,

This is to informe you again that People have constructed there temporary huts at Service Road and tresspassed the DDA Land at Sector - 23 near pocket 7, rohini. Nobody is look into it . I have also informing this from past 2 years the the grievence portal of Govt. of NCT Delhi. Nothing is happened. Few Months before a senior official have written in Navbarat Time that DDA have lot of land but a private colony Budh Vihar and Vijay Vihar occupies the same. How can it possible without the knowledge of concered officers. Please look into the matter and do the needful before it take serious. Thanks for your promt action if you do something.

I had booked my rohini plot in year 1981 with a firm commitment to deliever this @200/- per sq mtr.
aplliction no 26070 on 24/04/1981 by depositing Rs. 5000 which was a difficult situation now I have retired .DDa is doing forgery as the have allote dthe Land to Housing society as well they have auctioned some plots, beside this they have drawn from the back door for retired person without informing the all peaople to participate. My priorirty was 15421 and 5101 for 60 /90 sq mtr respectively. Why criminal case can not be registered against the concerned officer for under section 420, 415/406/506/120 B of indian penal court. This is clearly a case of cheating and why the compensation on ground that prices have increased to many fold.

It is understood DDA has cleared 16465 applicants wheras my application priority was 15421 it must have cleared . DDA is manupulating and doing forgery with the applicants it is clearly cheating by a Govt. agency. why applicants do not have right to get Flat in place of Plots? They shall be given priority in allotment in other housing schemes as well. This is justified demand.I thing the forum shall take drastic step to safe guard the interest of honest people.

WE ALL appreciate the comendable effort by Mr Rahul Gupta .This is ofcource a good effort and Mr. Gupta shall take the Govt to task. and We along with friends request him to have good carrier and he shall achieve all hights since the profession and Law states that every one shall get justice to demoralise all dishonest people and conspirators and elected bodies shall be exposed to eradicate corruption in the society. similar case has been done by NOIDa in 1978 and Govt. has ripped off the honest people in connivane with the Judiciary even the applicants had gone to supreme court with the help of Renu Gupta the advocate.The litigation cost is also extraordinary which a small timer can not afford.

I Gopal Bhattacharya applied for this plot in 1981 and still waiting.I am still staying at a rented house just residing on hope that i will get my own house.How long will it take to allot our plots.since 30 years our patience has been tested .We are enduring difficulties hoping it will end .which will end first sir hope or me?Please give us our plots so that we can restore back our faith on DDA.thank you.Please give us our plots as it is needed at most.

Has anybody recieved any letter from DDA which was supposed to be addressed to us by the end of august 2013 after the allotment !! Please share your experience, I really need to know.

Dear Shri Rahul Gupta ji

I submitted all relevant papers to DDA for Refund of my original Registration amount for Rohini Residential Scheme 1981 on 17.12.2014. I was told that refund will be made within two weeks. It is now more than 4 months and no money has been received in my Bank Account till date. I am 72 years old and can not run to DDA office off and on.

Will you please look into this complaint ?

Dear Rahul Gupta ji

In continuation of my complaint Regarding Refund of Registration amount for DDA Rohini Residential Scheme 1981 sent a few minutes ago, I am providing the Receipt No. REC/LD/14/49.043 with DDA File no. f[protected]/RHN dated 17.12.2014 (12.49.15 PM). Inspite of complying with all the formalities, Refund has not reached my bank even after 4 months.
