DDA — NO REFUND OF DEPOSIT NOT REPLY

Sub: Certificate of Registration with DDA Housing Branch bearing No.40760 Dt 13/06/1980 and Deposit Receipt No.10383 Dt.31/10/1979 for Rs 4500/- for House in Middle Income Group
Sir,
While I was staying in Delhi I had deposited a sum of Rs.4500/- with DDA housing Branch for the allotment of DDA apartment in middle income group.
In order to find out the status of my application I had sent several letters but received no responce.Later in 1982 I got shifted to and still residing in Pune.
Kindly advise me as how I can get my deposit back as I am not interested in taking house at Delhi.
