[Resolved]  DDA Land — ENCROACHMENT ON PUBLIC LAND

DEAR SIR,
THERE IS ENCROACHMENT ON PUBLIC LAND BY THREE GHUGGI CLUSTER BETWEEN A-13,AND A-12,FRIENDS COLONY EAST,NEW DELHI-110065.
SEVERAL TELEPHONE CALLS HAVE BEEN MADE TO POLICE STATION NEW FRIENDS COLONY BUT NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN TO REMOVE THEM.
THE LAND IS OWNED BY DDA.
ALSO THE BACK SERVICE LANE AT THE BACK OF A-13,FRIENDS COLONY EAST,NEW DELHI-110065 WHICH IS LOCATED ON MAIN MATHURA ROAD HAS NOT BEEN CEMENTED.AS A RESULT NO CLEANING IS DONE BY MCD.THE BACK SERVICE LANE IS LYING DIRTY FOR MANY MONTHS.

Encroachment — debris and Encroachment

Dear Sir,
We and sourrounding population of the Lekhraj Dollar situated near Ghazipur Police Station, Indira Nagar facing major problem of the debris of the building material on road side and encroachment by the temporary shops keepers. School, telephone exchange and office of census are the major installation and this is the approach road of Bhoot nath market.

Kindly take necessary action as soon as possible.

Encroachment — encroachment on public land

SUBJECT- The land meant for public utility services of the general public included in ongoing construction of plot no.E-1/2.THE area encroached is about 100 sq feet of front and 80 ft of backlane.approximate value Rs.14 lakhs.


DEAR SIR,

1. THE MCD south zone is the gaurdian of public utility land and places in Malviya Nagar. In the ongoing construction in house number E-1/2,the plot size is 25* 5 yard = 125 sq yard.

2.It is being built with a basement and 4 storey .The area actually constructed is 26 1/3 *5 yard.Its impact of 5 stories is as under:

a) Total area encroached in basement and 4 stories is about 100 sq feet in front.

b) Area encroached of back lane is 15' in length, 3'-4' in width and 20 inch in height. total area about 83 cubic feet encroached exclusively for personal use.

c) Public back lane has been reduced.The width of lane has been reduced from 14' to 10-8'.The public lane caters to about 130 houses
(16*4+16*4 story).

3.As the gaurdian of public utility services and land of the area.The encroachment is brought to your notice .

4.The details may be ascertained and necessary action as required under the law may be initiated. The house under construction is as on date is incomplete.Encroachment affects other residents of the area.

It will be appreciated if I am given a communication on the action taken by your office at the earliest.

Personal — encroachment

there is year round occupation of the area in front of Hanuman Market , Amrapalli crossing, Indira nagar. Being a doctor, my patients suffer falls, parking is a problem for them as well as for us. no amount of amicable talking has an effect on him. The police seem to not know, we do not know what to do. Can you help?

Encroachment — Encroachment of land (side lane) of park.

Dear Sir/Ma'am

This is to inform that we are the residence of Block No: 2 Nehru Nagar, New Delhi-110065. There is a main gate of entering the Park (in front of mandir) and on the opposite side of main gate, a small gate is provided for entering the same park. A dhobhi had fixed a thara in front of house no: 2/47 and acquired the side lane for his commercial purpose. He not only Encroached the side lane but illegally using electricity since years. In the night time the dhobi uses that place for Alcholic drinks and even drugs activities. So its our moral duty to remove that thara for such bad activities.

Kindly make some necessary action in order to remove that shed and bench of dhobhi in residential area.

The DDA park size in katwaria sarai (In front of house no of 146 B) has been decreased by the villager and the position of wall is also changed as there was no space left for parking. From two sides the area is decreased. People are using the park as parking.
