My father booked a flat in 1985 and submitted a sum of Rs. 3000/- under the scheme "Residential Flats Registration Scheme for Slum Dwellers and Other - 1985.
It has been almost 25 years since my father applied under this scheme. But till the date we have not received any response from MCD or JJ Slum Department. There is no information available on the web regarding this scheme. Even we don't know whether this scheme is still running or withdrawn by the government.
Can you please help us to know the current status of the Scheme and our Application. The information of regarding the application is as under:

My Father booked one flat under slum wing act 1986 on 31st january 1986 in the name of
Sh.Ashok Malhotra, resident of regarpura . we also applied for change of corresponding address as we shifted our house from Regarpura to Moti Nagar, till now there has been no confirmation or clarity on what would happen with this matter.

It also came into my knowledge through some sources that the high court has given the case in the favour of the public who applied for these slum flats.

Please you are requested to give some clarrification or atleast a correspondence on whatz happening on this project.
