Vodafone — mobile no. 9953638327 deactivated

last year i had bought a vodafone connection from a local dealer, with submitting my original ID proof.
in july 2009, suddenly my services for this no ([protected]) were blocked. vodafone customer care executive gave me the reason that the provided ID prooof is of someone else & i need to submit my ID again.
i provided them my ID twice but still the no. didnt start again.
I registered my complaint to vodafone FOUR times but they didnt responded. Even after i went to their customer care centre at FARIDABAD, they promised me that everything with that no. will be fine in 3 days but no one responded.
again when i contacted customer care (111) they put my call on hold & then cut it.
i request you to please help me as they have caused a lot of problem to me.
