Deccan Herald — Newspaper not delivered to my home

I had subscribed for Deccan Herald news paper for one year, amount Rs 499/- paid by cheque on 26-.3-2011, Reciept no: DYS 716.

Till now i had not recieved any news paper, Then I had called many times customer care no[protected], for reporting about delivery issue, As they told paper is delivering from[protected] onwards as per their records,
