Dear Sir/Madam, I have been using my PAN CARD No. ASAPS5132R Year 2003 for the past 10 years and have been filing my Income Tax Returns indicating above PAN No. (Copy of Income Tax Returns enclosed) To my utmost surprise & shock it has been observed that my PAN CARD No. has also been allocated to another person, all details are matching with that mince except PHOTO & ADDRESS which creating CONFUSION in sanctioning of housing loan etc. PAN CARD has been issued to him in the year 2008. In view of the above, kindly make suitable correction at your end to avoid any further confusion and on-line income tax return. Looking forward to your immediate support in making the correction.
