[Resolved]  Defence Pension — Non revision of defence pension

Dear Sirs,
This is to bring to your kind notice that I am a defence Pension holder (Indian Air Force) (Ex. Sergeant)and drawing pension from SBI Krishnagar Branch, Dist Nadia through pension Account No [protected] vide PPO No AF/S/C/007/84 which had been ammended PPO NO AF/S/C/8763/86 w.e.f 01/02/1984.
That the defence pension has been revised w.e.f 01/07/2009.vide Govt. of India, Ministry of Defence Letter No PC[protected]D(Pen/Pal) dated 08/03/2010 circulated vide Circular No 430 dated 10/03/2010 by PCDA(Pension); Draupadighat; Allahabad.
That Sir, according to that circular, Table No 111 Page-132, as per column 1, I having 15 years o[censored]ninterepted servicemy basic pension wef 01/01/96 was 1732/-As per Cl.3- improved pension without DP as on 01/01/06is Rs. 1892/-. As per Cl.4- improved pension with DP as on 01/01/06is Rs. 2838/- As per Cl.-5: - Consolideted pension as per 6th CPC as on 01/01/2006: - 4277/- and as per Cl. 15 the basic pension w.e.f 01/07/2009 is 5492/-.
But I am alas to inform you that so far, even after the lapse of 1year I am not getting the pension as per the circular no 430 dated 10/03/2010. think it may be corrected at the earliest.
