[Resolved]  Delhi Jal Board — Sewer Overflow

Personal — overflowing sewer

The sewer behind our houses in between J-5/115 to J-5/108 Rajouri Garden, New Delhi, is choked and causing nuisance. It is great health hazard. The sewage people have come once or twice and opened it but they say that it has to be opened by machine. They say that within 2-4 days it will be opened by their staff automatically. I have run from pillar to post but till date the same is in a static condition causing a health hazard. The sewage is blocked for more than 3 months. Will somebody take action to get it opened properly with the use of machine. Hope action will not be taken until some great tragedy occurs.

This is to inform you that the sewer outside my house is overglowing since 1-3 months but even after repeated complaints to local authorities, there has been no action taken to correct it. The dirty water from the sewer keeps coming out of it and has made the whole road in front of me smelling foul. Please help me out of this situation. Sewerage overflowing for the last 3 months
The sewerage ia overflowig in our at DDA FLATS POCKET A NEW JAFARABAD DELHI 110032.for the last 3 months. We have complained many times to DJB officials including J.E and Exen but every time we are getting false assurances and nothing concrete is being done.There is very much foul smell in the area and creating hazardous health problem including Dengue.But the concerned officials are not paying heeds to our complaints,inspite of our repeated complaints by E mails as well as by telephone.They say that Trunk is filled and it does not fall in their area of operation and moreover the funds required for that have not been sanctioned and thus they are playing with the health of residents.Please do some on concrete basis and clean the area of this mess.

BUT NO ONE HEARED MY COMPLAINT AND MANY OF CHILDREN AND ELDERS HAVE BEEN SICK AND SOME OF SMALL CHILDREN HAVE BEEN FALL IN THE SEWER WATER WHILE PASSES THROUGH THE STREET FOR GOING TO SCHOOL

we are talking about swach bharat, medical tourism, but after severl complaints there is no action in the 7A chenna market karol bagh, where atleast 100 tourist use to come and stay...do your job sir/madam...clean it ASAP...humbel request from a citizen...

FOUL SMELL IN TAP WATER

Dirty And Smelly Water at Laxmi Nagar

I am one of the resident of Laxmi Nagar D Block gali no 1 we suffering from highly dirty and smelly water from past one month which is not even suitable for washing and cleaning purpose, no one can even think of drinking as well.

All 3 sewers overflow every single morning and flood main street near Shrinivas Puri Shopping Center, East of Kailash, Opp Eden Hospital since last one month.
Please reintall covers to stop overflow before monsoon season arrives.
This creates trouble especially for pedestrians because cars splash sewer water on people walking on the street.
This should be fixed immediately for health and public service.

The members of Model Basti, Karol Bagh have been complaining to DJB & MCD for sewer overflow in Gali No. 8 in front of House Number 8796, 8605, 8758, 8757, 8756, 20, 21, 22, 27 etc. sewer since last six months but there has been no response from either side.The resultant has been that our house outside has been drowning in sewer water which has foul smell that we cannot easily breathe as also has become a source for mosquitoes & flies.

We made the complaint vide complaint no. [protected] dated 10/04/2018 on Telephone no 1916 But no one heared my complaint and many of childrens and elders have been sick.

We request the concerned departments to kindly look into this matter very seriously and resolve this problems as soon as possible before rainy seasons and oblige.
