We are not receiving our water bill for the last several months. Is there any way that we can get a duplicate bill on line ? My address is M R Lakshmi, G-42/B, Second Floor, East of Kailash, New Delhi - 110065.

DJB should immediately give details of its site on which consumers can make on line payment of their water bills and also ensure that all water bills due for payment as well as those already paid are also available on line on that site for reference and record of the consumers. This should be accorded priority in the interests of the consumers and to check rampant corruption which is earning bad name for the Board

To avoid long queues, i want to make payment through Net

Surprisingly in the year 2011 when everything is new age and online, our govt. can't even make a simple thing as "being able to pay our water bills online" available

I would like to make online payment against my water bill..but unable to get the option to make the payment.would appreciate if anyone could help me out in this matter.

I am writing this letter to draw your attention towards the bill that I have recived the amt : 11955 ( eleven thousands nine hundred fifty five ) . I am living on rent at 839 – a pashim puri pocket – II and the owner of the house is Mr Muril lal and consumer no is (52481)and connetion no ([protected]). I am living here from mrach 2010 and from that time .i have recived six bills were taken frist three bills were taken by meter reading but then the person who came for meter reading asked for the monthly bribe and when I didn’t agreed to this he wrote that the premises was locked in his register . It perplexed me and then the result was shown in the bill amount which is 11955 ( eleven thousands nine hundred fifty five ).

So I am waiting for early response hope you will help me out for this
