Delhi Passport Office — Passport not received after 6 months | |
Hi, I applied for the Passport on 13 December, 07.But i did not get my passport till now. The file Ref no. is H[protected]. Upto 22nd June the status is : " Application is pending for want of police report." I mailed to the passport office two times, but no response is coming from their side. Also No body is picking up the phone there. . I went to Regional Passport Office, Delhi 2 times and asked to CID person and searched the Scan section but unble to locte my police verification report . Rewari (Haryana) police office sent the verification report on 13th feb, 08 by 26PP despatch number but till date the report has not reached to Delhi passport Office. My police report sent alongwith 26 other verification report (total 27). I have sent the photocopy of police office documents to Mr. V. Mahalingam. Now i am not getting what to do ???? The police verification report is a secret document and this document is missing from passport office, this is a very serious matter and passport office is not enquiring about the reports. i applied for passport from Barelliey in feb 2007 when i was doing my m tech from IITR but it was not
done uptill june so i tranferred my file to bhopal passport office but yet i have not got my passport
they are not processing furture. for that sake I have written a letter to bhopal passport office that
please close my file and send me letter regarding this but even this also i did not get so please do
some thing either close my file and send a letter to me so that in future i can apply.
its my request please do it As soon as possible.

my Barelliey application no. was Z840312 in 2007 feb
then it transferred to bhopal for that transfer letter came to me in sep 2007
