illegal chalan

I would like to do complain againt delhi traffic police named- Kalyan Sahay & Sub Const. Sharabjeet/Sharanjeet. On 23-11-2009 we were going by our bike (DL4S AK 2820) from chandiwala to aashram and at kalkaji mandir stop they stopped us & cut a chalan of Rs 100/- (chalan desciption - chalan no- not able to see, only one thing we can read - Deepak Sehrawat, MM Traffic, Saket Control Room no. 1,M.B.Road, New Delhi) by saying that u break the red light without listening a single word from us but actually we didn't break the red light rule. and when we said that we will complain against u both then they said please don't do that, kalyan sahay said i m going to b retired why to do complain & another one said "bakwas mat karo jaao jo ukharna hai ukahr lo, chalo niklo yahan se". I just want to ask from delhi police that is delhi public are in safe hands??

dear sir i m staying in mukherjee nagar it's a residential area as well as student area . trafiic police checks vehicle in this area near batra cinema .we student go for reharge for tea and many more work near 100 metrs .every day and chalan student vehicle .dear sir one of head constable surendra kumar batch number -77215
of traffic police daily harassment of students and send court for just little mistakes.if is it any rule of check in this area please give direction to stop this of things.it is our right to speak against violation .thanks sir.
here we are suffering many more problems as well rent problem electicity problem that home owner .
sir please do favour for this type of things.
police can checked any illigle things we are fully support.but this type of action against huminity.
