[Resolved]  Delhi Police — List of important documents

I have lost my purse possessing my valuable documents such as:
a) Reliance sim card [protected] (NE circle)
b) Airtel sim card [protected] (Delhi circle) - Now duplicate sim card has been regenerated
c) United Bank of India ATM card bearing card no.[protected] of Thoubal Branch under my father's name.
d) Voter ID card
e) Passport size photographs of 60-80 in number
f) Others

I have made complaint to Sunlight Colony Police Station on the evening of that day, incident took place, i.e. on 19th March, 2013 at 3.30 pm while travelling on bus between Maharani Bagh and IP Metro Station.
I have got the application with the seal and signature of a Police officer sitting at the office.
I want to know that what is that application useful for?
