[Resolved] Delhi Police — NO REGISTRATION OF F.I.R | |||
sir/madam, on 25th july 2010 ,i aditya singh was going back to my home on motorcycle at around 10 pm. i was nearby siddhartha hotel in ranjeet nagar area and suddenly two persons stopped my bike and robbed me my mobile(worth rupees 15000) and snached my GOLD CHAIN on d point of pistol and a knife. i called police control room at same time, but they asked me to come to ranjeet nagar police station next day ie 26 july and when i reached there, they refused to write any F.I.R against my case. SUB:-F.I. R Not Registered Theft in My Car.
Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that dated 02-Sep-11 was my own vehicle no DL2C AH-5083 parked nearby at my home there is very huge space for the parking. But on 3-sep-11 Morning by 10.00 am I have checked my car, those doors are already opened & body cover is tear, Car Stereo and EMC electronics Devices(Which is very costly worth Rs.15-20 thousand) is theft in the my Car also.
Same time I have called to Delhi police on 100 at 10.15am my complaint no is -136 after 15-20 minute police came and checked the completed location. Then they have to go Madhu Vihar Police station and said to us meet at Madhu Vihar Police station, we have to go police station Madhu Vihar (East Delhi), Mr. Ram Pal (S.I) handling the case. He told to us write down the application for the same. He refused to write any F.I.R against my case. Once Again I have request to him for the F.I.R registration, but he had not entertain to us. And told to us Computer operator not in office today, so you have to come by Monday 05-sep-11 by 10 am for the FIR.
By Monday 05-sep-2011 I reached at Police station by10.00 am and asked at enquiry desk about the Case In charge they had confirmed to us, he not in office as of now and I was called to him then he confirmed to me I will coming next 20-30 minutes but after 20 minutes he had come and told to us I am going to Max Hospital not sitting with you and you have to come today evening by 5.00pm.
In the evening before going to Police station I called up to S.I he not picked up the phone.
Next day by 6-sep-2011 again I called up to him his phone is not reachable. By evening 6-sep-2011 I had gone the police station and meet another policeman regarding the same he told to us contact to you case in charge. That time I met to S.I he said to me come by tomorrow morning.
Again I went to the police station by 7-sep-2011 at 10.00 am but same picture on my face. He told to me you have to come by today evening.
Sir,
I requested to you pls register my FIR for claim purpose to Insurance company.
Kindly do the needful ASAP.

Myself is Dimple Sharma, on behalf of My husband Mr. laxmanSharma i have go many time in MADHU VIHAR POLICE STATION FOR REGISTER THE COMPALINT. But officers could not submit my complaint they are asking for MLC but i have not MLC & My Dr. M.K.C.Mishara stated at Tikona Park, Loni Road, Shadara not issued the MLC..
Kinldy advise & help us immediately.
My husband is injured by MAUTI VAN NO. DL7C3526- WHITE COLOUR-PRIVATE on dtd. 17/02/2011 at PATPARGANJ CNG PUMPS..Presently he is at home because he is injured and his legs aer PLASTERED. he is not able to move without any sport..
you are requested to pls register my complaint.
