i ordered flowers, chocolates & a candle for valentines day Order id HDOF-[protected] .
order was given online on 11th feb 2011, for delivery on 14th feb 2011.

the gift was not delivered. we tried calling the number listed, but that is not in service.
the order status or the emails us link on the site doesnt work.

now a day later, they delivered only the chocolate box, with the flowers & candle missing.

i am currently in Italy, and wanted to surprise my girlfriend, rather this was shocking!!!

I WANT A COMPLETE REFUND OF MY MONEY!!!

ALSO THIS WEBSITE NEEDS TO GO DOWN, WITH LEGAL CHARGES AGAINST THE OWNERS.

Please help me get my money back,

delhionlineflorists.com — product not delivered

"delhionlineflorists.com" is online portal for sending gift to dear one. The service very poor, i had order a product to my sister on rakhi that never delivered when i inquired they said that the product is delivered and they have nothing to do with whether it delivered to write person on not. please don't do business with "delhionlineflorists.com".

delhionlineflorists.com — order not delivered 3 days gone

My order -[protected], I order Nirula's cake on 15th Oct,2009.. ITS still not delivered its 18th of Oct now.
If they can not deliver Nirula's cake then why do they advertise.
It was supposed to be delivered before Diwali, the whole purpose of sending the cake is lost.Its such a disappointment and extremely poor customer service.NO ONE ever picks up the phone they mentioned.I have emailed 3 complaints to their site and NO answer yet.
