[Resolved] Delhivery Courier Service — fake status | |||
At first the do not update tracking status for 2 to 3 days ; and their delivery person do not even came to my offices and updates status as "Office closed, retrial tomorrow (Customer to be called)" and this is not first time one more time same thing happened and when I asked about this to devilry person he said "you are counting days , there are many who are counting months"............this answer itself describe a lot of thing . For this return request i didn't get any call from you between 1st DEC to 10th DEC. I am seeing fake status that i cancelled pick up. i didn't cancelled any pick up till now. And you always telling "Customer does not want to return the product".

Again i reinitiated the pick up. your representative called once on saturday. sat was holiday for our company. i am out of station on that day. i asked him to come on monday. i called him lot of times and he was not lifting phone.
