Dell 15r Inspiron Laptop — NOT delivered within time

Address:Gurgaon, Haryana

I was purchase my laptop Model no:- 15R Insprion on 08/09/2012.
and Dell Showroom sales man told me that will be deiliver within 7-10 working days.
but, now after almost above 20 working days happend and, yet i am not get my order at home.
