Dell — Change Speaker

Dear Sir,
I had purchased DELL LAPTOP in 15/03/2012 end. After half year Laptop Speaker is Fail. So I just Call to Dell service centre but they just told me they dont have change Speaker of this laptop but they give me one year Warranty.
I have Complete Dell Customer care Office My Complete No.[protected],
The person told me that we cant help you out for this problem.

Please Help me Sir ..
