[Resolved]  Dell — cheated by the retailer

The shopkeeper sold me a laptop that belongs to dubai but didnt inform me about it while i purchased it. I came to know about it 4 months later from the dell customer care. Now i am not getting any service from the shopkeeper also the dell, india customer care people are helpless because the laptop does not belong to india.
The laptop is still under warranty even though the retailer refused to provide any service.
He is not even ready to extend the warranty though i was ready to pay the money required by dell for doing so.
kindly help me. I have been cheated by the retailer in a very bad way.
the key board also have a problem from th every beginning i bought it.
