Dell Laptop Inspiron 1420 screen goes Blank and i did call dell Technical support Team and also visited their workshop and was Advised to change the Screen with Brand new which was costing 14000.00 although lap top was just 1 year old , but i did not agree with them and i did get repaired with Dell engineer who is my friend he said it was loose contact problem and its working since last 4 years Dell product itself is # 1 but Dell Technical Team & customer care are fooling customers just by replacing parts the following is From Dell India read it Break Fix + 2 yr Next Business Day Warranty Costing Rs.15042/- including taxes With reference to this quotation queries kindly reply back to the mail id [protected]@dell.com Once again Dell Itself #1 and its Team ??????????????? we have purchase dell laptop from u-tech rajkot(gujarat). we have purchased dell laptop of 3 gb ram 320 gb hard disk but as yourcondition known you give a licence version of vista or windows 07 but our shop keeper refuse us to give that licence version.so please made something or it.

DELL — didn't get a service
didnt got the help from dell till yet.facing a lot of problem please help me by solving my problem.
blue screen error, hanging problem parts not fitted properly by the engineer who came to solve my problem 2 to 3 months before please help me fast.

Hi,
I had purchased a dell laptop inspiron 15r 7520 before 5 months before. Since now it serviced more than 5 times but problem still persist. Daily it comes with certain new problems. When I talked with dell support they told me that we can only replace your parts, we can not replace laptop because it is purchased under dell employee program. With in 6 month it serviced many times. They should replace it. On saturday (17 Aug 2013) they replaced my motherboard and after that a new problem arrives in the laptop that battery is not charging. They send me the new battery. But again it is not charging. Now they are telling me that again mother board will be replace. Please help me. Only mother board changed 5 times.

i had purchase a dell laptop in jan 2015, within 2 monnth i hav keyboard issue, my keyboard is nt working properly and also i hv heating issue with my brand new laptop.i called to customer care they say we will send our technician to ur door but still no one came to me. i am really so irrritated by buying such defoult product pls help me.
