1. I bought a laptop of dell model no vostro 1400 (service tag no.dbzy1bs) on dated[protected]
2. Due to some technical mistake the laptop did’nt function properly
3. I contect the service engineer many times but he could not solve the problem
4. After the harassment I submitted the case before the consumer court at chittorgarh district
5. The judgment of the honorable judge was delived on the date[protected] in my favour
6. The judgement say that a some of 35000 should be given to the appellant with 12000 maintal torching and advocate fees +9% intrest to be paid from the date of purchase
7. t he copy of judgment is inclosed heare with .there for I request you to send the amount as soon as possible according to the judgement otherwise I have to contect again the consumer court for the payment of the laptop
