I'm Ms. Rita Zomuanpuii from Aizawl, Mizoram, India. I had purchased Dell Inspiron 1525 Notebook on the 25th, August, 2008 under Mr. Girish Krishnan, Inside Sales Account Manager.

As the product cannot be delivered, I contacted Dell Customer Care several times. Finally Ms. T. Manasa had informed me to get a road permit from Tamil Nadu to Mizoram. I had sent it to her address in Bangalore. She informed me that she would send it to Chennai as soon as she gets the waybill.

As Ms. T Manasa, a personnel from Dell customer care Bangalore, had suggested, I had taken the waybill (road permit from Sriperumbudur, Tamil Nadu to Mizoram) from the Government of Mizoram on the 17th. 08. 2008, had sent it to her on the 18th. sept. 2008.

I had checked the tracking details in blue dart regarding this Item. The page had the following:

Status : SHIPMENT DELIVERED

Date of Delivery : 20 September 2008

Time of Delivery : 11:45

I had tried to contact her (Miss T Manasa) since 22nd Sept.08 till date.

I HAD LEFT MY CONTACT NUMBER TO SEVERAL PERSONNEL I COULD CATCH HOLD OF THROUGH DELL CUSTOMER CARE, TILL DATE I HAVE NEVER BEEN CONTACTED.

I have purchased the lap top "DEL- INSPIRON-1545 WITH WNDOWS VISTA HOME BASIC OPERATING SYSTEM", under the offer of 15 months free updating "MacFee" antivirus software. The "MacFee" CD provided by you with the laptop has got 30 days trial period only. Kindly send me the registration key for the "MacFee", which is applicable for 15 months.
Dell is really big fraud firm. These people are bunch of thieves and they decieve by heavy advertising and fake board replies over internet.one month ago i purcahse DELL vostro 1510 laptop which is already deffective but nobody is taking responsibility even dealer also only says we will see your problem but till date no action to be taken, also extra amount of money is taken from us for service and now they are not given any service. i am really facing problem because lap top not in use from date of purchase. one more problem is now delear is fighting with us, that we are not responsible for that you may contact to customer care . hence i am Frustrated I am going to put a consumer litigation against them by end of this month. Never trust any dell employee. Do record their calls.

hi there, i m harsh vardhan from gurgaon. I have purchased a vostro a840 laptop from a showroom of dell in gurgaon. i have so many problems against dell company. in my opinion they are totally fraud and never buy their products. first their showrooms sale us a product witch are refurnished as dell customer care told me, second if you complaint to dell for some problem they simply sent a technician. the technician is from other company and they did not care for the customer they behave rudely and they are not up to the mark in their work. you just complaint and complaint but all these efforts are useless.the job sheet is meaning less without customer sign, but last time when i m not satisfied with the technician because my problem is not solved when he gave me job sheet to sign, i refused it than he told me there is no problem if you don't sign it we will manage. what the hell is that????????? i really feel that i have made a mistake when i purchased a DELL PRODUCT. I NEVER RECOMMEND DELL THEY ARE A FRAUD COMPANY AND ABOVE ALL THEIR PROMISES ARE FAKE ALWAYS. IN INDIA THEY ARE .

2.BLUE TOOTH NOT WORKING
3.SOUND BLASTER NOT UPDATED.
YOU ARE REQUESTED PLEASE RECTIFY THE PROBLEM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AND REPLACED THE SIMPLE BAG WITH BACK PACK BAG UP TO 25.06.2009 DUE TO AFTER THAT I AM GOING TO MY COLLEDGE AT SOLAPUR.

I did not know dell was such a fraud company. I am going to approach the consumer rdressal forum. They are cheats and thieves. The customer care number people are rude and ignorant, they are not willing to help and keep you waiting for hours on end.

I heard before purchasing dell laptop, that dell customer support is the best amongst all, now i want to slap all those people who told me, i have never seen such worst customer care support, oh god we have to wait 20-30 mins just to talk to them, this is really scrap, someone should address this issue, or else dell sales will slow down thts for sure

dell/vista home basic — restarting

sir complain for my pc desktop
my pc is restarting again and again and erroring that (ENTERING POWER SAVING MODE) so plz do proper as soon as possible

If I call DELL it takes hours to get someone on call.And even after that they will transfer from here n there..
